i was charged for a stay, i mean 1 night from 2, but i have never been there. my reservation was cancelled by the hotel. now hotel is not willing to give back my money as they say i did not confirm their cancellation. but the fact is that they did not inform me that if i do not confirm their cancellation the reservation is still valid. it was their incompetence, for which i have to pay.
the worst hotel ever i had to deal with.
highly not recommended.
