We stayed at the 4oda and loved it.. the property is exactly what we were looking for in terms of a cave hotel experience. Nurcan who owns the place did a great job is helping us rent a car and plan our local trips around the region-she has lots of local knowledge and was always upbeat in helping us out. Words of praise are not enough to explain the hidden gem in Urgup which is the 4ODA Cave House! I was on a week-long business trip in Ankara, and wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I loved it at 4ODA Cave House.. Cappadocia is marveolous but 4ODA cave house is even more so! I had a private terrace in front of my room, where I can only hear the birds singing , watching over the great view of ferry chimneys and read my book , enjoying my total privacy! The lady who runs the palace is an x-tourist guide..what a privililege to have her in terms of getting the best tips about where to go and what to see!

I never thougt that I would spent a New Year in a cave. And I could never imagine that this cave would be like a home. The hospitality of Nurcan, who is the owner of 4Oda, was unique. We stayed at 4Oda while visiting the sites of Cappadocia. It was a wonderful experience. The rooms are charming - you are actually staying in a cave - and very comfortable. The view from the top floors is breath-taking. Adding to the charm when we were there - a small garden full of a wide variety of flowers that were attracting all sorts of birds, esepcially at sunrise and again at sunset. In early June, my son and I stayed in a delightful Cave House in Urgup, which is in the heart of Cappadocia. For those who are unfamiliar with cave houses, they are houses literally carved into cliffsides. The hardened volcanic ash of this region is easily excavated and carved, so that the rooms are elegant with charming features, all the modern conveniences, and yet are literally carved into the rockface. We stayed at the 4ODA cave house and it was wonderful.. When we woke up in the morning we got out and breathed in the fresh air..The view of the mystic cappadoccia was amazing..The rooms were really big and it felt like we were living in the old times..The great taste of the pancakes in the breakfast still remains in my memories :)) I recommend everyone to live this wonderful experience :)

We stayed for 4 nights at a boutique hotel named “4 Oda Hotel” in Cappadocia in April 2006. The name directly translates to four rooms. We had a superb vacation in this cave house hotel. The natural architecture of the hotel made us feel like we were trapped in time and that we were living in the Flintstones era with all of the conveniences of the modern world.
