Condesa De La Bahia Hotel

If you want Butlins with sun this hotel is for you. Stayed 10 nights.Rooms dated but clean. Food rubbish - very little choice.We could never get a sun bed around the pool, no matter what time you arrived, we walked to the beach every day in the end, you could take your pick of sun beds and it was really quiet there.Due to the bad weather on our first 2 days,we had a raw sewage smell every single day. The kids playground was falling apart. Mass produced food. Bingo and secont rate entertinment.
The location is terrible as it is 1 hour walk to Alcudia .

just come back from a weeks holiday in this hotel with my partner & 5yr old child, it was fantastic for children & adults, havn't got 1 bad word to say about it, the reps work very hard at entertaining always got activities for both children & adults from morning til night, the rooms are ok cleaned every day plus the food is good aswel plenty to choose from, i would definatly go back next year because theres so much goin on you havnt got to leave the hotel! plus your right on the beach aswel just walk down 6steps & your there, jemma, wales!

Found all the hotel staff very welcoming and accomodating. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There was a large variety of food choice which i found pleasing as sometimes children can be fussy. The childrens entertainers were amazing making everyone of all ages feel included in all that they did, the evening entertainment for all was amazing alot of effort went in to pleasing everyone who was there and to me this all seemed to be done because it wanted to be done and not because it had too. You did not have to leave the complex because everything you needed was on the complex however the beach was just two steps away as the hotel is situated on the beach. There was five people in my party ranging from ages 73 to 10 and we all had a fantastic time and all of us were so impressed that we all decided we will return. I reccomend this hotel to anyone of all ages its an experience i will enjoy again.

The whole experience was execellent and we will return!
Children's reps and entertainers were OUTSTANDING. Great with the children, made everyone feel welcome and involved, a variety of activities and fantastic professional entertainers at night. They work very hard. We have never considered sending our children to the clubs on holiday but felt very happy to do so here and more importantly our children's holiday was made perfect due to the staff.
Food - Perfect (a la carte restaurant not good and needs improvement) but all other food was excellent. Variety and standard of food & drinks great. Different dishes every night and something for everyone. Fresh and tasty at every meal.
Receptionist staff, cleaners and bar staff great too! The managers are always available and get involved with your stay. An excellent team and friendly environment.
Highly recommnend it for those with children.

this hotel is absolutely out of this world, there is nothing wrong with this place.
all inclusive, three pools, a gorgoues beach right next to the hotel, the staff are exelent your room gets cleaned everyday, theyre's a park a kidsclub entertainment at night, computers, shops, two restraunts, you can sit inside or out.
nothing wrong with this place AT ALL, you cant fault it.
we arravided at half 3 in the morning and they opend a resteraunt for us!!
I seriously recomend this hotel i had the time of my life.
i didnt want to come home.
im going NEXT YEARR but for 10 days. ♥

We have just returned from a family holiday at this lovely hotel. It's a 3 star hotel and its exactly that!!
The rooms were a little small for a family of 4. The sofa bed turns into a bed for my 2 children aged 7 and 5 so once that was out not much room to walk around but not the end of the world. The food was fantastic and always something for everyone - even my fussy 5 year old!! The kids club run by Thomson was fantastic and left my 5 year old eager for more! The pools were lovely though the usual problem of fighting for a sunbed is still there with the typical die hard fans getting up at stupid o'clock to put their towels on the beds!! We still always managed to get a spot though which was good. The entertainment at night was great. It starts with a mini disco for the children, bingo and then a show which may not be out of this world were still worth a viewing.
Whilst there we went on a few trips - Marineland, Pirates and Rancho Grande. Definately worth every penny especially Rancho Grande!! Fantastic time at a ranch!!
The entertainment staff are great there and always encouraging you to join in.
The only negative really was that the ice cream machine was quite often out of order but other than that I wouldn't complain.
Had a great holiday and would definately reccomend this hotel as its right on the beach so you have the best of both worlds!!

We have just come back from a weeks holiday and went as a party of 8
Firstly the hotel is very clean, well laid out and is in one of the best locations going- walk down 5 steps and your on a beautifull sandy beach.People have commented on the size of the rooms- not an issue for us, we slept in the room and that was about it and about all you would need to do- rooms had all we needed and were serviced everyday.
The food was superb- not sure how people can say there is not enough choice - a choice of two places to eat- one being a nice sit down meal with a set menu (i would reccomend the Mussels to anybody) with good choices, sirloin steak and salmon in champagne sauce and then their was the buffet restraunt- with too much to choose from - all freshly cooked in front of you , lots of fish and meat choices and a good selection of salad and rice/pasta dishes with an Italian section too.
Th eonly small gripe i had was the entertainment- but this was not enough of an issue to give a poor revue- o the whole it was then Animacion team who did Blues Brothers etc, and whilst they mimed the effort they put in couldn't be faulted.
The drinks come thick and fast if you want them, and don't be put off by the bar staff making comments about tips- and asking if you want more they are mostly joking, all idid was tell them i would give them a good tip as long as the service was good at the end of the holiday- which i did and was appreciated.
I always judge my holiday by asking if i would go back again- and the answer is plain and simple 100% Yes.

we have just got back from 11 days at the condesa bahia hotel, we couldnt fault the hotel. had excellant stay.
the cleaners came in every morning to make the bed and empty the bins.
the restuarant staff were very friendly.
we would love to go back to the hotel again.
the only thing my partner was not keen on was there was a man behind the bar, everytime we went to get drinks he would shake the tip plate at us asking for tips.( we were all inclusive) we didnt mind giving them to the other staff in the hotel like the cleaners and restuarant waiters, but all he had to do was stand there and serve drinks!
but apart from that it was great.

We have just come back from hotel condesa de la bahia. I went with my twin sister (16), brother (10), and my mum and dad.
All the staff were very friendly. The waiters/waitresses worked very hard and were always running around clearing up cups, plates etc. and refilling your drinks. The food was really nice and the puddings were presented beautifully! Although the food was a bit repetitive, chips, pasta, rice and pork everyday. My mum, sister and I are all fussy eaters, but we always had something to eat.
There are slush puppy machines outside, as well as lollys and a proper ice cream machine ! Yummy !
Every morning there is a usual rush for the sunbeds. There is actually a sign saying NOT to reserve them, but the hotel can't do anything about that as people are only going to complain if the hotel takes peoples towels off the sunbeds. Some people would leave their towels on them and not actually appear until mid-day which was a bit unfair. But hay ho. The hotel is actually on the beach. There are sunbeds which you can reserve all day for 5 euros each or two for 9 euros. The sea was really clear - you had to walk out quite far until it was deep.
The pools are great. It was nice to go and have a little swim to cool down as it was so hot. They were clean and not too cold !
The rooms were good, pretty simple but clean. I must mention the showers.... It is like a walk in shower and there are a few jets which blast out water, although when I figured out how to use it, it was too late as it hurt my sunburn lol ! There is a TV, you get a few free channels inlcuding english news, and MTV ! :) Unfortunately both our rooms had a rubbish view (as we were at the back), but I’m not complaining because we didn't go on holiday to look out of our balcony. There was air conditioning in the rooms which was great at night - we had to turn ours down because we was cold !
For the amount of people that sat down to watch the entertainment, I think that should have put on a few more professional shows. The team did try hard but it did get a bit boring.
Overall, it was a great holiday !

Just got back from this amazing hotel. Was very worried after reading some of the reviews but please do not let it put you off. We could not fault it at all. Very clean and well run. Location was perfect, beautiful sea view from our first floor bedroom. Food a bit samey but very well cooked and presented. Perfect hotel for all ages of children. Entertainment was varied, but we did enjoy the Abba night. Everything finished about 12.00 and there was no noise after this time. Sunbeds hard to get hold of but was quite happy on the beach. I would love to return to this hotel and recommend it to my friends and family.
