Dalyan Garden Pension

We visited the 'Garden Pension' after being recommended by a friend. Its a gorgeous place, with tropical gardens to relax in, a beautiful pool, spotless rooms with comfy beds and bathrooms with lots of hot water and a good shower. Its in the perfect location. Not bang in the center, but just a short stroll away, so you can truly get away from it all. We arrived at the pension at 3.30a.m. to be met by Ercan who showed us to our room. Clean, spacious and comfortable with air conditioning. Breakfast outside in lovely garden, no time limits. Maid service excellent. Beautiful big pool. Very laid back atmosphere. 20 minute walk from hotel to town centre. Bikes available which took 7 minutes. Taxis readily available. What a fantastic bargain Dalyan Garden Pension is. The rooms are simple and tastefully done, the breakfast is delicious, the host is kind and entertaning, and the pool is the best I have ever seen in a small establishment. We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves in October and it was brilliant. Only 15 minutes walk into the centre of Dalyan, so away from the bustle, and it feels as if you're in the middle of the country side as there are fields on all sides. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

We have just returned from Dalyan Garden Pension where we've enjoyed one of the best holidays ever. The garden and pool are so beautiful that it was hard to drag ourselves away and explore - we're glad we did, as Dalyan and the the surrounding area provide many opportunities for sightseeing. One of the most memorable experiences of our trip was taking to the river at 6am to see the sun rise. Truly magical and well worth the early start. Booked intially for 3 nights and stayed for 14. Says it all really. The owners Ercan and Cathy have created a perfect relaxing peaceful and tranquil haven. The pension is situated away from town (5 mins on the bike or a lovely 15 min stroll)It is surrounding by fruit fields and farms and is set in a big beautiful garden complete with good sized pool and bar. We have recently returned from our second visit to the fabulous Dalyan Garden Pension. Cathy and Ercan who run the pension are fantastic hosts who have always been friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. Set back from the road, the Garden Pension is a beautiful secluded haven, the perfect place to relax. Accommodation, garden and pool all extremely nice. The people very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that we were encouraged to run up an account rather than settling as we went along. There was no prices published or advised or nothing to sign against any purchase. It was all a very casual arrangement but we were told not to worry about it - it would be o.k. and we can draw cash from local cash machines just like at home. My husband and i have recently returned from Dalyan having stayed at this lovely 8 room pension only 20 minutes walk into the centre. I can honestley say its one of the few properties weve stayed in where the web site conveys an accurate picture of the proerty. I booked the holiday and transferes direct with the ownwers Catherine and Ercan and arranged flights with Thomsons from Doncaster, all of which were smooth and efficient. I found this pension quite by chance on the Internet, and booked a holiday for my husband and myself in the hope that it was half as good as it looked on the web-site. We arrived to find that it was the one instance in our lives when the reality far exceeded the web-site photo's and description, much to our delight. Dalyan was recommended to us by friends and I stumbled across the Dalyan Garden Pension on the internet. What can I say? It really was a slice of paradise. It is situated about 1 mile form the centre of Dalyan and offers real tranquility. Cathy and Ercan who own the Pension are a lovely couple and really made us feel so welcome. It has a beautiful garden and just lazing by the pool was bliss! It is definitely a place for couples looking to get away from it all. I can't wait to go back!
