The White House

We have just returned from 10 days stay at the Whitehouse, ( our second visit ). Thankyou to Halil and his family for a really friendly stay. The rooms at the Whitehouse are comfortable, exceptionally clean, with linen changes every couple of days. There is always plenty of hot water for showering and the air conditioning works a treat. I could not rave more about my trip to Turkey and I would go back there tomorrow if finances allowed. But I would have to say my favourite place is Kalkan such a peaceful yet interesting place with such friendly people and plenty of boats to go out on to have the perfect day cruising around getting brown and bathing in the warm waters. But not only that a great place to stay is the White House with the perfect view on the balcony such a fantastic way to have breakfast with such an awesome view! My husband and I spent two very happy weeks at the White House last year. We chose it because of its position, just a short walk into town and to the harbour. Our room was comfortable and clean, it also had a balcony with a charming view. Our breakfasts were taken on the roof terrace, this was one of the most enjoyable times of the day. It was lovely eating a delicious breakfast looking out onto a fantastic view of the bay. We also enjoyed evening drinks up there, they have a well stocked bar!
