Tuntas Apart Hotel Kusadasi

Just returned from two week stay at this hotel (September 2008). It was excellent value for money - very clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful (particulary opening bottles of wine for us!). Food was good too, particulary full english breakfast! Only poor aspect was barking dogs all night but that's not the hotel's fault! stayed here for 1 week self catering hotel was lovely and clean pool was great large rooms cannot fault it only problem is the steep hill but locations fantastic not many shops in thar area you have to get a taxi to the other part for any shops water park was brilliant have been to turkey 6 times all different parts but was not keen on kusadasi prefer oludeniz and marmaris areas but the hotel was fine

Stayed at the Tuntas Aparthotel from 27th Sept - 4th Oct 2007. Perfect holiday! Accommodation basic, but in the nice sence of basic. Very clean, towels and sheets changed at least 3 times during our week. Location is excellent, near enough to the action but far enough away for a quiet holiday. Situated on a VERY steep hill, ok to walk down but not back up, as mum has arthritis in her knee. Taxi back from Ladies Beach area was 5YTL (about £2) so not breaking the bank at all! Taxi into Kusadasi was 8YTL (about £3) so you can't grumble... more

This was one of the best holidays i have ever had, the apartments pool is lovely, however the self catering is very basic. 3 forks, 3 knives, 3 plates, and a plug in electric hob. this is all good if you want to live on pasta and eggy bread for a week, but not good for other things. you also must supply own cloths and tea towels. apart from that, the staff were very nice, the bar man was beautiful and the pool was gordeous. ideal location, right next to the beach, and the bus for the centre of town. definatly recommend it!

My boyfriend and I spent 10 nights at Tuntas in June and were very impressed. The appartment was quite big (esp for just the 2 of us) with everything we needed and very good standard for 3* basic apartment. We had a large balcony as they all do which overloked the pool which was nice. People have moaned about the mosque which does indeed go off 5 times a day but u really do get used to it and have to respect the fact that it is a muslim country after all. The main thing is the hotel is just far enough up the hill so u don't hear any music... more

We stayed for two weeks in August 2007, upon a long delay from the UK arrived at 4.30am, so we were absolutely shattered, got a porter grabbing our bags upon arrival at hotel, and expected a tip!!! and stood until he got one> we got into our rooms, at 5am, just dropping off and awoke to this "noise" it was the mosque opposite our room> but you get used to it, it goes off FIVE times a day and find you "dont hear it", rooms basic, but we only use these as a base for the obvious, kitchen equip, needs a "good wash in my opinion", but ok!... more

This was the third time we had stayed there. Staff are very helpfull. The hill that it sits on is steep not good if you have any disability. The pool is big enough and plenty sunbeds. They will try and accomadate you if you have a preference for a certain floor level. We found these apartments were good if you have kids as they are far enough from the centre of town so noise levels are not an issue.

i loved the place...staff are so friendly and the place is so claen and the staff would bend over backwards to help you....ideal location many coplain about the hill but its not so bad!!

We drove down the driveway to the hotel and thought what the hell is this? it's down a sort of mud track and we thought we were being taken for a ride! Five hours later we had realised that it was a very good hotel in an ideal location. two minutes walk from a great beach with loads of nice restaurants and bars. had a great time and would recomend to anyone-ideal for families.

For Families Great. Hotel Clean, staff friendly. Not good for people suffering walking difficulties or heart disabilities as at the top of a very steep hill. Would we go back? YES.
