Great Hotel Option in Old Town Antalya!
The Mediterra Art Hotel is an up-scale, relatively new hotel in the Old Town section of Antalya. Bilal and his staff do an excellent job of managing the hotel, and we were very pleased with the level of service provided. The 800-year old building is constructed of stone and wood and it provides an excellent ambiance for guests. The rooms are kept impeccably clean and fresh linens/towels are provided each day. The hotel is ideally located for visitors who want to shop, sightsee and walk in the Old Town section of the city. It is... more
Good hotel with great potential
I was staying for a conference in one of those huge all-inclusive molochs in the east of Antalya and decided to embed that stay with some days in the old part of the city. My flight was delayed a couple of hours, so it was about 1AM when I finally reached the hotel and although I could not announce my delay, the manager and the clerk were still at the front desk, expecting me and another guest who had not arrived yet. They helped me immediately with all my luggage and provided some information on how to reach the conference location.... more
Best place
Fantastic place its just as you see on the site. Very clean, staff are very helpful. Breakfast was huge, fresh and changing. Loved it!
Lovely and great people
The hotel is prety new, it is a boutique hotel. It is located in the old town of Antalya, which is actually being renew. Therefore the sourronding are actually not very confortables, but will be. The hotel is very nice, but the best are the people working on it. They has been very helpfull for us with taxis, flight ticket, meals, etc. They make us be as in our home. The meals, when made by the cook, are very nice and made with local stile. The hotel has a very nice swimingpool more
Loved it!
I travel around the world at least once a year and have stayed at countless different types of hotels (big and small), motels, pensions and hostels. This hotel was by far the most memorable. I can not remember which website I saw the hotel on but I tracked its website online and called directly to book. Its a small hotel with big charm! I loved the intimacy and personal attention the hotel provided without losing comfort and style. The rooms were elegantly decorated and the staff was friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. They did not... more
Such a nice place, too bad it's not well kept
LOCATION: Perfect. It’s next to the best part of the old city on a quiet street and a 7 minute nice walk to the marina. BED/SHEETS/PILLOW: Bed is very comfortable (not too hard like most Turkish mattresses). Sheets are the nicest, softest linens I have seen in Turkey. Pillows are very thick. LIGHTING: Great lighting in bedroom and bathroom. SHOWER: Medium pressure and it’s very clean and new. CLEANLINESS: The rooms are spotless but the common areas are not well kept. The wood deck by the pool has bird droppings... more
Feel Like Ottoman Royalty
Our recent stay could not have been any more perfect at the newly opened Mediterra Art. From the moment we walked into the stone gates of the perfectly restored Ottoman konak, or villa, we were treated like royalty. In the restoration and during our stay, every detail was attended to with great attention. We chose an upgraded room in the old house complete with Jacuzzi tub, granite bathroom countertop, wooden ceiling, Ottoman relics, and custom made furniture. Our room was nothing less than breathtaking and felt like a trip back to the... more

Charming Mediterra
"Absolutely Magnificent"- The hotel is located in the old part of Kaleici. Mediterra Art Hotel is prime location. A short walk to the old harbour and quite near to other sites and good shopping. I arrived in Antalya Saturday morning. Looking for a hotel to stay, the taxi driver knew a couple of good hotels ( Held Hotel). I checked it out and others but I did not like them. While driving to the next hotel I noticed this charming hotel. The exterior of the Hotel attracted me to it. I told the driver to stop. As I walked... more
Mediterra Art Hotel, Kaleici
In May we stayed in Antalya for four nights. We were booked into the Turkish Houses Hotel (Turk Evi Otelleri) by a travel agent. Arriving late at night, we had no option but to stay the first night, but it was so awful we checked out first thing the next morning. About 200 metres away, and still in the centre of the old town (Kaleiçi) we found a lovely, completely renovated little hotel called the Mediterra Art Hotel which had only just opened for business. So new, in fact, that there was no sign outside. The staff appeared to... more
