The only bad thing I can say about this hotel is that the food is too good - I couldn’t fasten my jeans for the trip home! If you are half board most of the dinner menu is included but you can pay a very small upgrade (between £2 to £4) for the beautiful steak and... more

Half Board - Confusion

We had a lovely time staying at the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and entertaining. The rooms were clean - other guests were very friendly. The hotel had a very family like feel from the guests to the staff. However my only gripe with our stay is that better clarification was needed with regarded to what covered half board rates and what did not. Half board to me means - you are entitled to breakfast and dinner and soft drinks with your meal - however this was not entirely the case throughout our stay - only certain meals... more

me and a friend when for a week, wish i had booked more. we both had a ball. so much fun. the hotel was owned by an english couple who were really freindly and easy to get on with. the food was great, im a very fussy eater, but because its owned by an english couple, you could order your food anyway you wanted and it would come the way you have asked, lol. would definately reccommend this hotel and im planning on going back next year but bringing more people. the staff, although turkish were amazing! so much fun and great... more

we spend two great weeks at the domino palace the staff were brilliant nothing was to much trouble for them.our daughter and her friend were staying at other apartments but spend every day and night at domino palace. We were worried about going having seen the first review on this site, However we were so pleasantly surprised! The moment we arrived we were welcomed by the excellent staff and owners, The rooms were clean, food was excellent with lots of choice and good value for money. ALL the staff were attentive and helpful as if nothing was too much bother, we were really well looked after and thouroughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed numerous meals in this lively fun restaurant. For as little as £8.00 you can enjoy a 3 course meal AND return the next morning for a full english breakfast. We spent some evenings strolling along the beach/roads around the town and this was the only place that didn't give you any hassle or try to drag you in. The staff were exceptionally sweet, the owners being Turkish and English. Their slogan was: "[-----] dj, [-----] food, [-----] service but the best nights of your holiday". RUBBISH! What an amazing week we had at the Domino Palace Hotel, from the moment we stepped off the coach from the airport we were greeted by beaming smiles and friendly faces! Our bags were carried to our rooms and we were left to settle in! No pestering about anything like many of the businesses in the area. The rooms were comfortable and everything was cleaned everyday. We have just returned from a two week stay at the Domino Palace - never again! Upon arrival we thought this was a restaurant, not a hotel. We've since found it more to be like a hostel. The swimming pool is more like a kids paddling pool! We ended up using the pool next door at the Anfi restaurant which was a lot nicer and quieter. The rooms are small and cramped with dirty marks on the walls. The balcony is so small that only one person can stand outside at a time. There's no room to swing a dead cat!
