Fantastic from Cometes
We had a wonderful time in Goreme but staying at the Aydinli Cave House Hotel was absolutely central to this fantastic experience. Our room was amazing, carved out of ancient volcanic ash as is traditon in the area. Shem (forgive me if I have spelled this incorrectly) our host was wonderfully helpful and went out of his way to assist us after a bad experience at a different hotel just outside of town. Aydinli Cave House - a hidden gem in Goreme from Busybeejay
My family stumbled across this cave hotel early one morning and decided to stay based on the glowing report from another tourist already staying there. The location overlooking the town of Goreme is fabulous, especially at breakfast with the balloons flying over town. The small size of this hotel is a benefit, it is very peaceful and quiet for guests. We visited Turkey for the first time in July and came to Goreme as our last stop. We were referred to Aydinli Cave Hotel by another nearby hotel. What a gem of a place! If you are searching for the creme de la creme hotel in Göreme/Kappadokia you will definitely find other adresses BUT at sky rocketing prices. A lovely and cozy hotel from bokbo
Hotel was newly remodeled recently, so it was clean and fresh. What we most like at the hotel was the scenery seeing from the terrace where is the top floor of the hotel. The manager also was kind enough to give us plums which he gathered from trees by himself. We really enjoyed the stay.

I was booked into an untidy backpackers hotel by a misleading travel agent with ties to Cappadocia, and went out into the noonday sun to find another place to stay. Through a series of recommendations stemming from the poshest place in town, I found the Aydinli, opened two months ago. My wife and I have spent the past 2 nights here at the newly-opened Aydinli Cave Hotel. We came to Goreme with no hotel reservations, and made our choice based on the pictures on the wall in the tourist information office. We could not have been luckier - our hosts here, Mustafa and his son, Cem, have just opened their hotel (I think we are maybe their 3rd guests!) and have been wonderfully attentive to our every need, as they are eager to make a good impression and build their clientele. Fairy Tale Hotel in Cappadocia from TOAL
What a wonderful place to spend our two days in Goreme, Cappadocia. This family owned and run hotel is a restored cave house built into the hills. It has amazing bedrooms - large, airy, an amazing bathroom, cool lighting and a dreamy bed. But the best thing about the hotel is the people. Warm, kind, friendly, and so helpful. They serve a delicious breakfast on their roof top terrace overlooking all of Goreme and the incredible stone houses. It looks like a fairy tale world. A wonderful terrace upon Goreme !!! from gennygenny
Mr. Mustafa has restructured its family house transforming it into a small and beautiful "cave house" (6 rooms) which remains intact a warm atmosphere. The rooms, with stone walls, are large and tastefully decorated (in our room there was a small fireplace and in the bathroom there are 2 taps similar to those for ablutions which are found in Mosques). The room was very clean. The terrace, where you can consume a good breakfast, has a breathtaking view on Goreme. Surely the best place we stayed in Turkey.
