Just returned from a week at these appartments, we went with another couple, when we first arrived our room hadnt even been cleaned so we had to let them know and to be honest the maids did whip in and sort it. However...word of warning if your appartments do not over look the pool then be prepared for some very sleepless nights due to a night club that plays really loud music until about 4 every morning and if that doesnt keep you awake the dogs barking will!!
I can not speak highly enough of the staff though. they all work so hard and nothings too much trouble, would I go here again...errhh no but I would go back to Turkey.

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a weeks holiday at the Paloma Rina Apartments in Kusadasi - and we absolutely loved it.
The complex is spotless, the apartments are extremely clean and spacious.
The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you, very friendly and helpful - especially our bar man Fani.
We went there on a self catering basis but we did sample the snacks in the day which were great and also at the Turkish night / BBQ (held weekly) - which was brilliant, food lovely and great entertainment - terrific value for money.
The apartments were quiet, a lot of young families with young babies (who it was ideal for) but there was enough going on and they were in a ideal location.
There are quiet beach bar/restaurants either side of the apartments but its only a 5 - 10 mins walk to the harbour (with plenty places to eat and drink on the way) where there are some great restaurants and markets/bizarres.
Bar street (where all the young, late and lively bars are) is set back from the beach road so you are not bothered by it at all.
The apartments are only 15 min drive by dolmus to the water park (aqua fantasy) and 5- 10 mins to Ladies Beach.
There were plenty of excursions on offer.
We will definitely return to both the hotel and resort.

We recently got back from our holidays a week ago. I am 40 and my husband 37, we had an absolutely brilliant time and I would recommend this hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff all very friendly, I will say if you get an odd numbered room the view from the balcony is not very nice, you need an even number for the view but as it has lots of trees and greenery most the views are blocked by these, but it does keep the rooms cool. We didnt have the air conditioning on as we found having the doors and windows open was enough breeze especially the 1st week but the 2nd week was getting hotter, could of maybe had it on through the night. They are at present doing building work, which maybe some of you have received letters from your travel agents across the road, but whilst we were there this does not affect the Hotel in anyway and I think we only saw workmen on site for 2 days the whole 2 wks we were there. We thought the Hotel was very relaxing, very quiet, not so good for kids as there is no activities in the day and we only had 2 nights of entertainment which is the same each week. The food is really nice, we only ate here a couple of times as we ate out and spent most of our time on Ladies Beach, which is a most, you can hire 2 sun loungers and a parasol for approx £7 a day. Whilst down on the beach you MUST try the Plaza Resturant, it is right opposite the steps down to the beach, the food is excellent here and the staff are exceptionally friendly, you'll meet Jimmy and Billy (obviously not their real names). Also the resturant directly next door to the Hotel, Selam Resturant, to the left of you as you come out, again very friendly and good food, we found a lot out about Turkey from the locals in here and finally in the centre of town Kalyon, you cant miss this one, its has lanterns lit up outside and it advertises Sky Sports.
When you come out of the Hotel, go to the right towards the flower shop, behind that there is a supermarket, which we found to be the cheepest and closet.
The only downside to the Hotel, is the area around the pool can get a bit crowded, you may feel like your on top of each other.
I am sure you will enjoy this hotel/holiday as much as we did.
