We highly recomend OZTURK hotel & apartments to all, Nothing was ever too much for any of the staff from the time we arrived to the time we left ranging from conciege service when we arrived to a farewell party at the end and needless to say alot of tears from the children.
Naim & boys did a great job of entertaining us and beckoning to our every need we miss them all, Duygu & Sebnem also Unk were welcoming and very friendly food was A1 and service first class, first choice entertainers worked very hard indeed to keep us all happy they succeeded in what i call a great job what more can i say we stayed 2 weeks and were welcomed like one of the family and didnt want to leave cant wait to go back in May 2010 spain & Greece is a thing of the past Turkey here we come! From 2 parents and 2 children

We read a lot about this hotel on internet. it was also recommended to us by friends who have been plenty of times.we got back on the 30 th september and i can honestly say that the apartments,the staff,the pool,the food and the bar were excellent. The apartments were always cleaned and the towels and bedding changed. The whole place was actually very clean which is very reassuring. the apartments were spacious enough and had a fridge ,air conditioning! All the members of staff were excellent Naim , his wifeDuygu and sulaaman ...these 3 were the ones we got to know most due to their english being good. they were also excellent at their jobs and very pleasant to talk with.
The food they serve in the hotel is also very good. we never ate anything that wasn't tasty and hot.
The prices at the hotel for everything, especially water were as competetive as anywhere we found.The pool was always clean and never too crowded.Its cleaned by NAIM evry morning very carefully there was never a problem with getting a sunbed either.The hotel is definately recommended for anyone, young or old.

Our first time at ozturk hotel.We booked direct to Naim (Manager of ozturk hotel).He arrange our transfer.Everyting was well organized. What a lovely holiday , very friendly staff and a relaxing atmospher made this a very good holiday. The pool , surrounding area and apartments were kept rigorously clean.Service was fast and efficient and the whole place was a pleasure to stay in.Definetly a place to go back

We faund ozturk hotel from internet.Worried a bit to book direct.But Manager (Naim )has been so helpfull and honest to us.We not paid any deposit.He said to us he prefer to trust he's friends (guest).We been look after very well.was there 1 week.Will be at ozturk hotel & apartments 2 week next time.Some one staying 4 week...He arrange everyting for you.Staff are brilliant.Can't forget Duygu's special and fresh cook.And Sebnem (naim & Duygu's 6 years old doughter ) was a great fun.
We allready booked our date and flight...
Be ther July again.

Our 7th time in Hisaranou but 1st time at the Ozturk. Will deffinately be returning. You are welcomed as family members nothing is to much trouble. Naim works very hard to make sure you have a fab holiday. The pool is cleaned every morning the best we have used in the village. They even arranged a birthday cake for my husband, very nice touch, would reccommend to anyone.

I am so sorry to been late to leave some review here. If I not write truth here people go to Hisaronu may can not get true idea. We meet the owners 3 years ago, then we are become part of their family so we get on well with their uncle(unk), doughter and the boy who helps them. We was looking for a hotel, nice, quite, relaxing and lots of sunbed round the pool area. Finally we find Ozturk hotel from tripadvisor web page and read lots of great reviews of this small family own place. We send a mail after than find their web address and booked 2 week b.b room at may 2006.
To be honest we was worried a bit till they meet us at Dalaman airport for our transfer with lovely cold welcome drink. What a welcome after than been run and rush inside to airport. Then we meet hotel guests when we get there. All people there was very friendly and helpful like they knows us many years. We had a great time there during our holiday ... so we going twice a year now, 2 week at May and 1 week at September (if you don't like very hot go before than first week in June and after than last week at September)...everything there over the hotel standard. Everything very much personal, even when you leave hotel all guest there ready for to say see you next time...can't wait to go back to see our friend at this May...
