Crystal Admiral Resort Suites & Spa

We went at Crystal Admiral on May-June 2009. It is a huge, loud hotel with hundreds of rooms and many guests. We had a nice stay, had a cozy, spotless room and we took all the advantage we could of the accommodation and great weather to have a good, well deserved rest. Overall, in our opinion (not very pretentious young couple without children) the hotel doesn't deserves more than 3 or at most 4 stars so don't expect the real 5 stars Ultra All Inclusive services. i went to this hotel on july 2008 and when we first arrived at the hotel the staff was very polite and spoke a standard amount of english we was happy with the service we got when we arrived. When they took us to our room it was a amazing room we had a clean toilet and clean and nice smelling room. My daughters aged 8 and 12 had the room downstairs because we had the double room with 2 floors!! It had 2 fridges and 2 tvs .... we stayed in this hotel from 10 - 17 sept 2008. The hotel was hug, 800 roms, many pools and a lovely beach! The food was excellent, and the rooms was clean and nice, we had wiev to pool and sea, fantastic!! We will come back! Love from 2 people in Norway!

We visited this hotel in August when it was very busy. The hotel is immaculate and the food is first class. The hotel reminds me of a Marriott in England and is very posh in appearance. The rooms are brilliant for families and we had a duplex which was carpeted and had a mini bar - filled on arrival - and tvs. The entertainment was good although the pool bar was very busy. well just came back from a great holiday at the Admiral, 9 of us in total 4 adults 5 kids aged 5.7.8.11,10, A great place for kids the hotel has it's own water park with various slides, the larger slides supervised by Life guards, kids club well 10 out of 10, the staff are brilliant especially Deanna. we stayed in a room on the top floor the rooms had a duplex level with a double bed and down stairs has 2 single beds, i telly in each room and fridges,The rooms were cleaned spottlessly each day, as was the whole hotel.The hotel has a... more

I booked this 1 week trip for a family of 4 via flightline.co.uk . This is a chain of hotels with others in Belek and Kemer , so dont be confused when reading reviews . The hotel is huge and on the main road which isnt a problem as the beach is through an under pass . It is absolutely spotless inside and out and the spacious family rooms with mezzanine floor has ample room with 2 fridges and 2 TV s ! . Stayed here(july 2008) with wife, sons 11 & 9 and father in-law. Superb resort. Stayed in the duplex rooms on the 6th floor,pool and sea views excellent facillities 2 tvs,2 fridges,Pools were excellent(1m.40)Great slides for the Kids and include us older kids in that. Great animation at the excellent amphitheater.and not forgetting the excellent cuisene on offer(as good if not better than what you'd expect on a top cruise ship) All in all 5 star all the way. it was so bad i dont know where to start. if you are going to take notice of a review please let it be this one. the air conditioning never worked. the hotel is 99% russians. the food was disgusting and we had to queue for 20 mins. there were no tables once we had queued. to get a sunbed you have to get up at 6am. the staff spoke no english and were unbelievably rude. it was the worst holiday we have ever had.

It was absolutely the worst holiday I've ever been to. The hotel was packed, we've got a room over the disco on the 4th floor. We couldn't sleep because of the disco until ~6 am, then from 7 am they started to play loud music on the corridors. This is an excelent resort, "all inclusive", Like all turks, they don't speak english, but who cares. It is amazingly huge and yet clean, the hotel was full (1600 beds) but you didn't have to wait for anything, great service. Huge pool with small pool for kids, Turkish Hamam, in-door swimming pool, air-conditioning (this is important even for a 5* deluxe hotels in Turkey), we came with two children age 8 and they had a great time. so did we. The amount and quality of food is amazing.
