i stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and could not fault it! My room was immaculate always warm and clean. The two sisters that own and run the hotel helped me out so much on the first day , i arrived at 11.30 and thanks to there help in getting my skis and lift pass... more

If you are one of the British regulars that have gone to the Biancaneve for 20 years then You will love the place. If you are a normal family or couple then it is not a good hotel. The cold shoulder from guests and owners is not nice. The breakfast never varies, just... more

We stayed 3 nights right at the end of the 08 season. The staff were very friendly and helpful whilst booking and also during our stay. Rooms clean, warm, good views, plenty of space. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Location was right in the middle of town.
Would definitely stay there again.

The Biancaneve is a cosy hotel with kind people. The rooms are always warm and immaculate. The food is absolutely divine! It's all home made and is irresistible. The resort is beautiful and the hotel is close to bus stops. Après-ski is great. I would thoroughly recommend... more

Could not do justice here to this gem of a hotel.
In any case, if everyone who reads this books in - where do we stay next year?! 9/10? - only because Claudia and Elena make us leave at the end of our 13 day holiday!!!
Food, accommodation, staff, location - perfect. Roll on Dec 05.
