Biancaneve Hotel Reviews
" We stayed 3 nights right at the end... "
Submitted By: Mr Paul Gaskell
We stayed 3 nights right at the end of the 08 season. The staff were very friendly and helpful whilst booking and also during our stay. Rooms clean, warm, good views, plenty of space. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Location was right in the middle of town.
Would definitely stay there again.

" The Biancaneve is a cosy hotel with... "

The Biancaneve is a cosy hotel with kind people. The rooms are always warm and immaculate.
The food is absolutely divine! It's all home made and is irresistible.
The resort is beautiful and the hotel is close to bus stops. Après-ski is great.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody, who is looking for a cosy place to stay.

" 6 of us spent a week in March staying... "
Submitted By: Mr S D Langstaff
6 of us spent a week in March staying at the Biancaneve Hotel while skiing. The hotel was one of the best I have stayed in at a ski resort.
The two sisters who run the hotel made the best home made food and there was plenty of it. The rooms were of a high standard, there was a cozy bar and lounge area.
The bus stopped almost outside to take you to the ski lift and skiing home was then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. I cannot fault this hotel and will definitely be back. I thoroughly recommend it.

" Biancaneve is a hotel situated about... "
Submitted By: Dr CE Jennings
Biancaneve is a hotel situated about ten minute walk from the main ski lift in Sauze D’Oulx. It is run by two sisters who are extremely helpful and speak fluent English. I stayed with my parents in Biancaneve for three consecutive Christmases - 2000 -2003.

The first year we were placed there by chance on an Airtours package, we then chose to return the next two years because of the quality of accommodation. The rooms are warm and cosy with comfortable beds and enough storage space. The bathrooms are adequate too although they are showers or sit down rather than full baths so you can’t rest your aching muscles at the end of a day. There is a lounge with a bar where you can watch TV or play a wide selection of games in different languages - such as Scrabble or Scarabeo as it is called in Italian. A nice big continental breakfast is served here every morning. Then downstairs is the dining room - here the nightly feast is served.

The main reason we returned three times to Biancaneve was because we couldn’t get enough of the food. It is just divine. Cooked from fresh ingredients by the husband of one of the sisters every meal is a rare treat. A typical meal would consist of pasta or soup for starter and the meat or fish for main course with a dessert. There are only two choices on the menu but the sisters would try to accommodate for vegetarians. The Christmas dinner and New Year’s Eve dinners are extraordinary with about fifteen courses of carefully prepared dishes.

I would really recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Souze D’Oulx. The word on the slopes is that some of the big hotels in town put on a poor spread so stay at Biancaneve and be the envy of your ski school classmates.

" We were part of a group of 13... "
Submitted By: Mr C J Giles
We were part of a group of 13 including 4 children aged 3-6. The accommodation was clean and warm with all the facilities that were needed. All of us were made to feel extremely welcome and almost were treated as part of the family. The home cooking was second to none and our 4 young girls were treated to a present (Barbie Doll) each at the conclusion of the holiday. The only thing that would stop us going back would be lack of availability! Book early as most of their custom seems to be repeat business.

The cold shoulder from guests and owners is not nice.
The breakfast never varies, just bread.
Dinner is 2 or 3 courses (if you count a banana as a course). Very little choice of food.
The rooms have no shower curtain and a tiny bath.
I have travelled to Sauze for years now, this was the glumest hotel I have ever visited.
Advice: Great resort, love the place
Activities: Try the Skidoo
Good for: Ski
