we stayed 4 nights in Inter Hotel!it 's very basic, simple.But super for a budjet city trip.I would return because it has the best situation in the Old City.I hope they will make soon some revovation.The 6th floor has.Also the W.C. downstairs is very chique.Hope also they skip smokers in the breakfast area!we don't like smoke early in the morning at the table next us!The staff is very very friendly.The pick up service is also positive.Thanks to the drivers.After all we had a splendid stay in Istanbul!We hope to return again next year!and... more

This hotel had an exellent web site, and communications was great. The hotel provided a complimentery airport pickup service without which arriving in Istanbul at arond midnight would have been daunting. Full marks there. The check-in was straightforward. The hotel is dated, with the standard smoky lobby. There was a basic room, with a shortish bed. nice staff, some problems with the wi fi (who cares if u r on holiday), the rooms ON THE 6TH FLOOR ARE CLEAN, NICE EQUIPPED, SILENT, ON THEIR WEB SITE YOU HAVE WHAT THEY CAN OFFER, cheap, breakfast is not that much, but who cares for it! close to the tram and the city center! all is within walking distance. SHORTLY = COME on the 6th floor AND YOU WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED!

The hotel is very nice and clean .It is situeted near all the famous attractions. You dont need any taxi, you can just walk to the grand bazar. Very good service and good breakfast . Nice rooms, good room service. The hotel staff are very polite and kind, helpfull people. We are sure that we will choose the same hotel next time we travel to tyrkia. we recommend this hotel for everybody also for families with children.

My wife and i just returned from a weeks vacation from Istanbul. its a great experience and the hotels location couldn't be better for a first timer! the airport pick up was excellent, first time being greeted by someone with my name on big card! wow! neat minibus for the ride to the hotel. hotel is neat and clean. there is excellent attached toilets with hot water for a great shower and also hair dryer. beds are comfy and also you have a flat panel tv! do request for rooms on the 6th floor as you will have a "little" view of the... more

The hotel is in an excellent position, close to many attractions and with good transport links. The staff were helpful and the free transfer to and from airport worked perfectly and was a very useful service. The room was basic (no fridge for example) but clean and comfortable. Very good value for money and convenient.

Two friends and I traveled to Istanbul for Easter 2007, we stayed in this hotel for 9 nights and totally recommend it to all our friends and relatives. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. You have free wireless internet and a computer in the lobby. The hotel has an excellent location, near most of the touristic places. Its right beside the old center. The service is excellent, the rooms are really clean, and the breakfast is perfect for what you need. Excellent price/value relationship. Perfect for students.

My stay at Hotel Inter Istanbul was fantastic. The hotel is very comfortable, my room was clean, big enough, the ensuite brilliant, decoration simple but cosy, superb location, everything is at a stone's throw distance and the best I would say the staff - very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast is excellent and plenty of food to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who is planning to visit Istanbul. You will not regret it. It is great value for your money.
