The Sotavento is primarily an 18-30s hotel characterised by loud-mouthed immature reps, rude staff, spotty teenage smokers, uninhabitable accommodation and cans of Stella floating by as you soak in the pool.

We went to the Sotavento at the end of Aug last year, and it was amazing. There was 8 of us that went then a few days later 10 lasses came out from the same college as us, so the hotel was over run with people from Barrow, I felt sorry for them. read more
