Asena, Motel

Been to Asena many times and looking forward to going back again this year .Have met many friends who also return .Very friendly hotel clean tidy rooms ,clean pool , Large garden space for children to play . Love Turkish meals with mine and Sezmin and the family .not to far from town centre .And walks by the river after the evening meal

A Small Motel Run by Mine, Sezgin and Papatya. This motel is a perfect place to enjoy your holiday, Ideal for families or couples looking for a quieter option than the large commercial hotels. There is an adequate pool and a smaller baby pool, breakfast was served daily by the pools with a slight variation daily. As the Asena only has 11 rooms it was very much to my families liking ( all ten of us), the rooms are adequate, clean and air conditioned. Clean towels were supplied daily and the bed linen changed regulary. Mine and Sezgin were very good hosts and their Tukish evening is not to be missed there was a charge of 25 lira for adults and 15 lira for children. We all had a great day on their boat BBQ which was reasonably priced at 60 lira for adults and 30 lira for children. The Asena and the whole turkish holiday was enjoyed by all of our family. Asena motel is a fantastic place to stay within five minutes from the main town.

Always a warm welcome from Mine and Sezgin just add to the experience of staying at this small and friendly motel. Well located, with a 5 minute walk into the centre of the town, the motel has a large pool (with attached baby pool), a pleasant bar area with a very large garden to relax in. Rooms are very clean, are basic and all have aircon (but you don't go to Turkey to stay in your room). Once again we have had a brilliant holiday at the Asena.We always find that Mine and Sezkin will go out of there way to make your stay at the Asena enjoyable. The swimming pool, bar and breakfast areas are quiet and peacful just what you need to relax and enjoy yourselves. The gardens are also well maintained. With 11 rooms all with air conditioning this is a truly friendly family hotel.There are safty deposit boxes in reception for your valuables. The hotel is just a 5min walk into the town centre the main road is closed off to traffic at night making it a safe place to walk. There are plenty of restaurants to chose from. I always stay at the Asena, this year I took friends and family, 9 of us in total, we where there for 3 weeks, Myself for 4, mine and SeZkin made sure we had a great time, organised many a boat trip for us, meals, everything was spot on, we are hoping to return next near for the whole of August, 14 of us this time! Highly recommend this hotel, and when Mine cooks....make sure you stay for dinner, one of the best meals we had in Dalyan. Yvonne

We did not make it back in 2005 but have just returned after 3 weeks with Mine and Sezkin. The warmth and welcome you receive from this family is priceless. At the end of a holiday you usually are happy to return to your home - for us getting back to Dalyan is like returning home. The conservation laws that protect Dalyan are vitally important to maintaining the peace and tranquility that surround you there. The Asena is a part of this magic and we will be returning there year upon year. Thank you Mine and Sezkin as ever.

we were delighted with the room itself (air conditioning was excellent in a hot climate), shower worked well all the time, ample cupboard space for two people, friendly atmosphere in the hotel, pool and breakfast area and bar very pleasant with beautiful views of the hills and mountains around Dalyan. Easy walk into the town where there are excellent restaurants and bars. The surrounding countryside is very interesting, naturally and historically. We enjoyed ourselves so much last year that we are taking the whole family back with us this year.

The Asena motel in Dalyan is a warm family run motel and our 3 weeks stay was more then great we enjoyed our stay from day 1 to day 21. We would recomment this motel to anybody. Ok the rooms are a little small and the cubbard space could be bigger, but saying that, you don't need alot of clothing just light wear, as it gets very hot in Turkey around July and Aug. This motel is nice and quiet but only 5mins walk to Dalyan village for all the shops and bars if anybody would like more information about this motel feel free to email me.

the rooms are very small, with little wardrobe space and not even a kettle in the rooms. Was unable to get a shower before midday as there was no hot water in the mornings
