Well where do i start the first week of side started of as a drag as we was still new to the place and its different compared to other places weve been in turkey so it was bit slow by towards the end of the first week and start of second week it was excellent, the staff work very very hard and looking at other apartments in side i gota say melissa was far by llooking the best, it had two good sized kidney shaped pools the staff work well to keep the area clean as possible, i didnt start of side in great way but the staff at melissa helped to... more

Just had 2 weeks with this fabulous crew and what can I say? Elvis, Sergio, Alex, Japan and all the rest, you were brill. Couldn't ask for nicer people, even though we were a party of 9 they couldn't accomodate us more than they did. They all deserve medals for their hard work, always clearing up after us, prompt service, great entertainment, lovely chats and fantastic sense of humours. Loved you all. just got back from 2 wk stay.staff excellent food good if a little slow!don't bother trying 2 go 2 bed early as quite a noisy place (especially if you face on to the pool area).if you want air-con it costs an extra £21 per week.if u want cheap trips then go out front doors and turn left and see "mr bean" he'll sort you out.lots of loud bars and some pestering for you 2 go into "my restaurant, i'll give you kids drinks free" ect.but melissa garden is a nice place 2 stay you can get everything you need in 5 mins walk.

Absoulouty Brillient!!! The staff were so much fun thanks to Ali, Japan, Elvis, Sergio, Blue and the others for making our holiday one to remember! The appartment was lovely and even though we didnt have air-con 2 fans were plenty to keep us cool at night! It was perfect for me and my little sister and my parents loved it. Met some really nice people there which will hopefully keep in contact with and it was just an overall brillient, enjoyable Holiday. Watch out for the video!!!!

Amazing holiday and our appartment was beautiful elvis and the crew were fantastic with us children we went to side town some nights but because of how fantastic the entertainment is at our pool bar most nights after dinner were spent there and they serve until the last man standing they have a weekly turkish night and that is held on a friday there is also some folk dancing and a belly dancer which pulled my dad up to the stage and he belly danced (so embarasing) well me my brother, sister, mum and dad would all recomend this appartment and... more

For my first holiday abroad it was a great experience, the welcome was extremely warm and friendly. The staff were excellent, very warm and friendly. Had to climb a lot of stairs to get to the apartment but it was clean and had maid service daily, our maid was wonderful. The apartment was facing the main road which we did find quite noisy due to the dance bar a few doors up, but other than that the food was good and also plenty of restaurants just down the road. Very clean and large appartments we had two double rooms, toliet, large lounge and kitchen. Bar area is quite loud but we were so tired at the end of the day didn't have too many problems sleeping. Staff all very friendly with good English. Beach 5mins walk. Lots of places to eat with everyone very keen for you to come into there restaurant. We went out back exit of appartments to avoid all the sales patter. Can recomend Sissi's good food fair prices. Side not the cheapist place, dinner for two plus two young kids approx 55 lira. When we went we stayed in two adjacent apartments on the top floor overlooking the pool. These were probably the best rooms in the hotel as nobody passed our doors making noise and disturbing us. Only a few bad points, the kitchen could do with a bit more cooking utensils, the towels are only changed every three days, staying on the top floor meant we had to traipse up endless flights of stairs! Stayed at Melissa for a week, had a great time. Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartments and all public areas very clean. Swimming pool is kept spotless. Only complaint is that front apartments are very noisy at night as music from surrounding bars can go on until 4.30 am.

Excellent place, excellent staff, excellent weather, excellent food, excellent maid service. Infact all in all, an excellent holiday!
