This was a holiday that we had booked 2 weeks before we travelled at our local travel agents.
They found us this hotel and all I can say please don’t go there!
On the overall rating I would have liked to have but a minus next to the one!
The food was disgusting everything about the hotel was. All the other holidaymakers in the hotel wasn’t happy either.
A lot of the other holidaymakers moved out of the hotel to another nearby but we couldn’t afford to, we spent all our money on eating out every day even though we were all inclusive.
Children who were staying there had to pay for ice creams and I don’t think the hotel staff knew what all inclusive was.
We were phoning our tour operator every day asking to be moved they kept saying they would but they didn’t.
In the end we just gave up phoning them to try and enjoy what time we had left.
We are going back to Mexico again this year as we feel we missed out on so much but this time, we will not make the mistake of letting the tour operator choose our hotel.
