Towels and Tissues

Towels were very old and not enough toilet tissues in room

Very nice location - but hard to get around

The only problem with this hotel was the location, it's not easy to walk to any bus/tram station so we had to take a taxi every time we went to the city - and if you plan to save some money for the hotel (because you stay at Ibis) - in the end you loose the good rate by paying extra for the taxis. They had a shuttle from the hotel, but it was only 2 times a day, so we could never use it. Other that that we were very happy with our stay there, clean rooms, beautiful view of the sea and the ships, friendly staff and decent breakfast.
Disaster! Unfriendly staff, not a good place to stay.

The hotel is located at a bad location, not near to center, 15 minutes to airport. Rooms are regular, not small but simple. Receptionist were so rude, he even doensn't look in to your eyes, while he speaks with you. I also missed my flight because of them, they forgot to wake up service in the morning. Try another hotel, don't choose this one.
