Rooms basic, cleaned every day though. Just about adequate, beds were awful! Towels and sheets were thread bare, some even had holes in them. Reception staff were fairly unhelpful and confrontational. Only one single room and no towels made available for departing guests.... more

We holidayed as a family, and cannot fault the cleanliness, food choices or staff. We are three couples, 50s, 30s and 20s and two children, teenage boy of 15 and young girl of 3. There was always something for us to do- either staying in the hotel -the weather was 100degreesF so us older ones didn't want to venture far! or for the younger ones to go shopping either locally or in san antonio. Not a 4 star hotel from turniplips
Just come back from staying at the nautilus for a week, I'd have said it was more of a 3 star hotel having stayed at a very good 4 star hotel back in March, this was a little disappointing. The hotel is very clean, but the rooms are very basic, you dont get a fridge or hairdryer which is unsual for a 4 start hotel. The food was ok but there wasnt much choice for kids or for anyone that is vegetarian unless they live on salad and pasta all week. I stayed here from the 1st to the 10th and found it quite pleasant, I can’t say I stayed in it 24/7 but the food was good, the drink wasn’t bad even though all drinks are supplied in the plastic cups. The beach was quite nice, however san antoni itself if your looking to go out every night is a 30 minute /50 minutes walk, or 1.20 euro bus ride in (Bus's stopping around 8-9) or a 6 euro taxi. There is a huge selection of restaurants and pubs around but the hotel itself can be dull and boring if you prefer to stay at the hotel.<br... more

I stayed at this hotel for a stag weekend in June. This is not a 4 star hotel, closer to a 2 star. The room was very basic and old. The cleaner never came during our stay. Air conditioning was working but basic and didn't cool the room. There are many rooms located on each floor resulting in a constant flow of noisy footsteps and slamming doors, all day and night. I stayed here at the Hotel Nautilus only for a week - thank god! The hotel seems to be under-going refurbishment & only certain sections were complete. Me and my boyfriend went at the beginning of September 2004, and there is no way this is 4 star hotel, more like a 1 or 2 star. We were all inclusive but the food looked so horrible we never ate there, the drinks were absolutely disgusting. hi there guys well what can i say, my finance took me to ibiza for our engagment, upon arriving at the hotel i began to cry! the website looks amazing but in real life it looks like you step back 30yrs. rotten food on floors, broken beds in hall ways. and the smell or urine in closets. i stayed there all of 5mins before turning back booking out and relocating to a more suitible place. if your looking for a club 18/30 doss hole then this is the place for you.
