The hotel location is such that either within minutes of walking, you can be at the marina in Bodrum, or within minutes by taxi, be in the busier resort of Gumbet. Of the 2 receptionists employed, one could understand a little English, and at least communicate sufficiently for us to understand. This hotel is awful. The only good thing is the staff as they are very friendly and helpful. The Management are revolting & are not nice to Brittish guests at all. They treat their staff like rubbish. The pool is mouldy & has broken tiles resulting in injuries. My partner & I went to this hotel with family. They treated us like rubbish. One incident resulted in the police being called as management assaulted us and grabbed the 16 month old baby by his arm and forcfully removed him from the hotel. Where do I start, this hotel is run by a very rude nasty and violent couple who openly admitted to hating british people. The Hotel itself is dirty, rooms are cleaned daily, but sheets and towels changed every 5-6days, if you leave a dirty towel in bathroom then you dont get any more, the POOL is only cleaned every two - three days, it has a dirty tide mark right around it, guests even had the strainer out on numerous occasions, the electric goes out continuously if someone plugs something in to the one plug socket in rooms, which ours was... more

This hotel is value for the money you pay. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and bathroom reasonable. During our holiday they had delivery of 11 sunbeds but none have mattresses. The pool when we arrived was not very clean but the management seem to be trying to keep it clean. The breakfast is not bad considering the amount paid for the holiday. Management have a rule of no food or beverages to be taken into the hotel. Therefore if you do manage to smuggle any mixers in for your duty free booze this will be removed from the fridge... more

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at The Harmony Hotel in Bodrum. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and will do everything possible to make sure you have a good time. The breakfast is excellent, far beyond our expectations. The bedrooms are simple but kept very clean with sheets and towels changed on a daily basis. Air conditioning is a must and is available at a cost of 2.5 lire per day. a very clean property with basic amenities excellent swimming pool and very good staff food is trying to be special but doesn't make the grade, oddest breakfast ever experienced. would I recommend most defiantly.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel had just been taken over by a new owner. He spoke excellent english (he lived in London for 25 years) and was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little run down but at 40 Turkish Lira a night it was more than adequate, clean and comfortable but simple accomodation. It is located in a quiet part of Bodrum away from the busy harbour area but only a 10-15 minute walk.

An excellent hotel if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the resort centre. The hotel and the pool are kept beautifully clean and the staff fall over themselves to make you feel welcome. The chef is absolutely wonderful and we did not have one bad meal there. A 15 minute walk into the resort centre did concern us at first but after hearing reports from fellow holidaymakers of poor facilities and unfriendly staff aswell as parties going on through the night we were very much better off than those right in the resort... more

Great little hotel. We stayed at the hotel in May 2005. It was a little quiet but so was everywhere else so early in the season. We have stayed in budget hotels twice before in Turkey amnd they really were budget. This was different. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff most helpful and friendly. The rooms are well kept and ours looked out over the pool. The pool is kept in good condition as is the area around. Breakfast was included and the food in the poolside restaurant is good. This was a great little hotel to stay in, with warm and friendly staff. Perfect for couples or small groups of people wanting to avoid the bigger resorts (with hoards of tourists). It was in a great location too (about a 20 minute walk from the center of Bodrum and just a bit longer from Gumbet beach). I was there at the end of June 2004, which seemed an ideal time - superb weather and not too many tourists on tanning trips.
