Happy Nur Hotel

I have just returned from a two week holiday. I stayed at the Happy Nur Hotel in Hisaronu. As a single traveller I could not have been more delighted. The location was excellent , 2 mins walk to the main street. The rooms were spotless, newly refurbished on suite bathrooms, light and airy rooms, with comfortable beds and clean linen. The Happy Hotel is a very small family run place close to the centre of Hisaronu. It is very basic with simple rooms (all en suite) but it has some charm and is generally quiet. Good swimming pool and the bar/restaurant serves good quality food. It is fanastic value from just £10 per couple per night including breakfast!! Hisaronu is VERY touristy - almost entirely with Brits in evidence and in recent years other prices have soared so that food/drink are at UK levels.

We arrived at this hotel and only stayed for 2 nites and moved to a better hotel.. This should not be described as a hotel but a family run house, there is no proper reception, its too quite and nothing to do. I was shocked that when we arrived we were expected to put my 5 year old in cot and the room was so small we could hardly move around. The place was clean but too basic and were relieved we moved hotel and was able to enjoy the rest of our hoilday.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel to the time we had to leave we were treated like one of the family. The family that run this hotel are very freindly and helpful and will do anything for you within reason of course. The room are clean but basic. The pool was lovely and cool, and most importantly clean! I would definately recommend anyone whos visiting this area to book at the Happy Hotel. Its quite close to the main town but not to close for the nightlife to keep you awake. I shall definately be returning !
