Ela Quality Resort Hotel

We did not stay at Ela Quality but made a tour of it when we were choosing a hotel for our summer vacation with a small baby. After our brief visit to Ela i had the impression that the tour operators who gave us such high recommendations of the place simply had never been there. The first impression with Ela Quality was awfull. We had had a problem with our travel agent and needed the hotel staff help to sort it out. Apart from the fact that the reception clerks hardly speak any usable english, the attitude of the guy taking our request was unacceptable. Well, it proved to be an one-off, during our stay the staff was friendly and helpful. The language problem is still there. We have just returned from the Ela Quality Resort. We loved our holiday there and didn't want to come home. The hotel was absolutely spotless as they had lots of staff cleaning all the time. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Both bar and restaurant staff were efficient and seemed happy in their jobs. The entertainment staff were brilliant, without being "too in your face." The accommodation was lovely but being a five star hotel I expected nothing more. The mini bar was free but don't expect to get trashed as only two beers... more

We didn't choose to stay at this hotel, we were relocated by our tour operator as lykia world belek was not yet ready for business. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The food was excellent and the rooms are very spacious. The spa is lovely but some of the jets don,t work. Most of the resturants were not open for business, same with activities, same with entertainment and the water slides and the pools and the kids activities. Having stayed at 'Club Voyage', just down the road from Ela Quality last summer, our expectations were high, and Ela generally did not let us down. The fact that many other hotels close for this season gave us an idea that the hotel wouldn't be crowded, but Ela was almost empty for the duration of our trip. This is a new hotel. As soon as you enter the drive up to the entrance you know instantly this is a very classy hotel. We are a middle aged (young at heart) couple and really enjoyed our 7 night stay at the Ela Quality Hotel. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day excellently the bar in the room being also filled every day. We tried different restaurants remember to book them as soon as you arrive early in the a.m as there is a 24 hour notification period to eat in these. We (a young couple) stayed at Ela from August 29th through September 5th, 2007. In short, our experience was fantastic. I’ll try to summarize it as follows: Food/restaurants: Exquisite, excellent presentation of dishes. You can choose either to grab from the fine cuisine buffet or sit on a restaurant and ask from the menu. They are not cleaning the room on regular basis. The housekeeping service didn't passed on our room for 4 days. It is unbeblivable for 5 star hotel! I've complained to reception, even to management of the hotel and nothing was happend. The hotel is new but the cleaning personnel is not enough to cover the size of the hotel.

This is a new 5 Stars Ultra-All-Inclusive Hotel, opened this year, in Belek. We just returned from a 10-day-vacation there and we can say that it was all wonderful and beautiful. This Ultra-All-Inclusive system is very efficient: You just have to take with you your bath costume and nothing else. They think for everything else there.
