this was my 3 rd time there same sheets 10 days air con nearly none existant sink water tap turned off my mates room next door room hardley ever done will i return ?

we went in august last year and they sed the place had been referbished but deffinately not! the walls were damp and stained. we had fish one night and we had to send it back five times because it wasn't cooked. we met some other people and there room had been robbed... more

i have again stayed at the palm court hotel and once again i have found the hotel staff to be polite and helpful , the food to a good standard , and i again had a very enjoyable weeks holiday,
i fail to see why people seem to complain at the service the hotel gives at such a agreeable price ,

Well where do you start ok it was cheap but not very cheerful.on arrival went to the rec desk was thrown a form to fill in no please or thankyou.we went to our room it was just a room.the bathroom and so called shower what a joke if you wanted a bath no chance start running... more
