Stag & Hen do City from SubaruDriver
for £30 a night, including all you can eat and all you can drink 24 hours a day then go here. Full of hen parties and stag do's. Can't think what to imagine in the peak of the summer.... Rooms are VERY basic. No TV. Shower spewed out brown water for 5 minutes before becoming transparent. Don't add too much water pressure or you end up filling the room. Toilet was wedged into the corner - therefore no room for your legs... Door was paper thin - don't leave valuables - you just get the sense that things will get stolen - there are safe deposit boxes though. Stayed for a couple of nights, arrived back late, woken up early on both days by the maids trying to clean the room, although goodness knows why as they actually didn't clean anything......
Late Break from lilnash
Took my mom to the Don Manolo for a quite break at the end of September. We were just looking for a cheap all inclusive and this was it. Arrived quite late but still food available. The food varied a bit but was not very warm most days. Pool quite small but ok and beach not far away. Bars just round the corner and Pirates directly over road. No problems with room or hotel in general (just make sure if you're departing late in the day you need to book a slot in the shower in reception!!!) As we went quite late in the season was pretty empty, still had most entertainment and the staff tried to make the most of it bless them especially Jonny (very cute) and Rafa. Probably a lot better mid season, but a holiday is what you make it.

this hotel was great, simlpe rooms but they were always tidied up...the food was nothing Flash but really nice. the location is perfect, you can lounge by the pool allday in the sun, or a very short walk into plalma or a short walk to magaluf on an evening. this is a hassle free hotel where you can enjoy your holiday without worring about anything.

hey people just returned today from a weeks all inclusive to the DON MANOLO............... O MY GOD this is a bad hotel, as the title goes the food gives u the trotts and the ale is watered down , the only thing i enjoyed about my stay in the don manolo is that i escaped every night out of the hotel.......... i read the reviews on here and me and my girlfriend thought it cant be that bad, it is probably some old stuck-up people writing the reviews. but the bad ones are true .... SO BE WARNED PEOPLE " DON MANOLO " GIVES YOU THE TROTTS.

If you wanna get drunk every night, and then hit the town, then you got your hotel. If you want to eat well, clean rooms, and quiet in the evenings, I would suggest going to an old persons home. Fantastic for those in the right frame of mind, but to be fair, the food is shocking. We ate out 10 out of 14 nights, but always ended up back at the hotel to take advantage of all those free Vodka Oranges.

We have just returned from a weeks all inclusive visit to Don Manolo, and reading some reports wondered if we had made the right decision...but still travelled with an open mind. On arrival, the hotel seemed black and dirty but on entering the reception area the image had totally changed. Its like walking into another hotel, clean and tidy looking. As soon as we went to reception for check in, and throughout the holiday we considered the staff to be of an excellent service and were helpful throughout. On entering the room, our first impressions were standard, but being a 3* hotel we wern't expecting anything more. Clean rooms and storage space to accomodate all of our possesions, including safes, which must be rented at reception for a small fee. As we got there quite late, the last snacks were available from the restaurant which was ok if just a bit warmer. But that was the only meal that i disliked. The other meals were in my opinion to a high enough standard and plenty of choice throughout the day. Some people complained about the small amount of sunbeds available by the pool side, but i thought there was plenty and was always some available at any time of the day. The hotel is in walking distance of the main attractions, Aqualand, Western Water Park, Pirates and the main strip. We only experienced one problem with out room, and that was the toilet started to leak when the chain was flushed. After reporting it to reception they sent a bloke out within the hour. Overall i thought the Don Manolo was a great hotel and would definately reccomend it to those wishing to visit. Thank you staff!!!!!!! Happy Holidays to the Don Manolo!!!

After reading a few off the reviews was a bit worried about going. it was a last min all inclusive deal for myself and friend for a quick get away. where do i start: the entertainment was rubbish, bar staff rude, unhelpful, reception staff as the bar staff. It was meant to be a family hotel !!! it was full off single sexed groups, with some family parties, the noise from the hotel at night was a nightmare, from 4am onto 7am music blearing, shouting, things being thrown. how anybody could sleep though that, it should never include famillies should be a 18-30 holiday hotel. the food was copable was always hot and plentiful staff were happy and helpful and included pic nic's if you were going to the beach for the day. The alcohol was unrecognizable. i would never go there again.

i was in this hotel for 9 day's all inclusive, and thought the staff was arrogant, never wanted to help. the food was terrible an i ended up eating out cause after 2 nights i relised the food was the same has the night before, i went in the restaurant each night but the food was still the same choice. the cleaners never actually cleaned up, all the done was tided the bed sheets, we had black marks over the bed sheets even after we complained to the reception. my final advise is DON'T GO, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

I stayed in this hotel twice once in 2001 and again in 2002 . Wen u first arrive it looks abit of a dump but then once u r inside its ded nice . The bar staff are nice. I liked it here cus we made a gud group of friends both yrs. Its bout a 2 sec walk from ur first bar which is always good n its bout 10 mins walk 2 main strip n BCM . Its an average hotel. i enjoyed it . I wouldnt go bac again though

After reading the reviews of this hotel i was naturally a little worried about what to expect. When we arrived at the hotel i was further worried as the outside of the hotel does not appear to be the greatest, but inside its as nice as any hotel that you would expect to find in mallorca. The location of the hotel don manolo is superb! it is next door to pirates, only 15min walk from all the major waterpalks and only a 10 - 15 min walk from the main strip. The only problem that i felt was the food. We went all inclusive to this hotel and the food was either too repetitive or simply unedible. So we ate out most of the time. This was a fantastic holiday but some guests were so loud and the hotel evicted 17 rooms on our first night!! The entertainment is not all that but look out for the really cool barry from eastenders look a like. All in all i really enjoyed this hol and there were only 2 thefts whilst we were there...neither were to the party i was in. The 2 guests did not have deposit boxes....make sure you get 1!!! The chambermaids are fantastic and the rooms are basic yes, but what more do you want from a hotel of this grading? I don't think that i'd go back to Don Manolo unless it became a self-catering hotel, this would be the ideal hotel then. Don't be put off the hotel from previous reviews...it is good!!
