Miracle Resort Hotel

Sorry to share my disappointment same as former review . Here are some facts reported to Mr. Turkay, the "Guest relation manager" of the hotel. Mr Turkay confirmed everything but could not give answers. 1. A small water leak in the bathroom reported to reception- Nobody came to fix it. 2. Two wake up calls ordered from reception were not executed 3. Magnetic key card did not function many times. Each time I reset it (one of three), the 2 other copies didn't function. We had 2 weeks in this hotel, even if it was too much...The room was large. Lobby was beautiful, pool area was too. But the services were worthless. First day we hadn't sea-wiewed room but we paid it. Next day we had to go to the reception a lot of times, while we get a sea-weiwed room. We have ask for baby-bed, so we got it after 3-4 hours. Until midnight always there was racket and we weren't able to sleep.(We have 2 children under 7 year old.) As well as We don't recommend.

We just returned from Turkey where we had a troubled week together with 20 other friends. Questions start to pop up right from the beginning when our transfer guide announced that club’s restaurant is closing at 21:30 hrs. (plane landed at 21:00 hrs.) and if we want some dinner we have to order room service and PAY. Once arrived we went to the bar where we were informed that included are Turkish drinks only (some poor quality drought beer and drought wine) and for the rest we have to PAY (3,5 eur/330ml bottled beer, etc). Hello all I have come to this hotel with great hope and expectations after seeing the presentation CD. The rooms are great, the beach is ok and the pool is excellent both for kids and adults. The problems are with the services which are lousy. The personal from the main restaurant do not bother to ask you if you want something to drink or they just take the plates from in front of you without asking if you have finished or not. We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, between May 27th and June 3rd, 2007. We were 6 adults and 2 children (4 and 2 y.o.) and must say that we had a great time! It is the kind of place where you go and totally relax, as they run on the ultra all inclusive system so all you have to worry about is lying in the sun :))))))) The food was very good and of great variety. Firstly, I must say that you will enjoy your stay at The Miracle as there is a lot more right than there is wrong. The rooms are fantastic - modern, spacious, rather like the sort of room you get in the US. There are English language TV channels, but only for news. The enormous main swimming pool is great although it is all one depth which means that it isn't suitable for kids below about 1.6m unless they are good swimmers. We visited Miracle Resort in September 2005 and I went back there in April 2006 and we will again go there in September 2006. We were with several friends on all our visits there, all adults. The location, view, rooms, service and food was excellent. Swimming pool was great to look at it and perhaps swim in it, but we were always at the sea, thus, I can't comment about the pool. We visited the Miracle Hotel in August of 2005 with our 2 small children. It was a lovely trip; not one person in the family regretting going which says a lot. HUGE pool, fun water slides, beach is immaculate with nice chairs, and the service better yet. The open bars are great, it's impossible to go hungry with the snacks plus meals they serve. It was very nice hotel with the excellent food and service. We will come to this hotel again.

Omg I've been to this Hotel it is fantastic!! Worth going just for the food!! The view and everything, the entertainment.. really recommended!!
