Philippos Studios & Apartments

We spent two weeks in Filippo's apartments.The rooms were very clean and tidy.The staff was friendly and very kind.The food was delicious.The apartments are next to the sea and the view is captivating!The swimming pool is suitable for the whole family.
AND THIS YEAR WE WILL BE THERE!:)

I couldnt have asked for a better holiday - the Philippos Apartments were brilliant. The room was really clean and the view from our balcony overlooked the sea. The cleaners come round most days but they will wait for you to leave and not pester you at all. Everyone in the Apartments are so friendly especially Filippos himself.
The food was delicious - especially the chicken kebabs! The apartments are not too far from the nightlife - which was great. I would stay here everytime i go back to Kardamena.

Me and my friend went here for a week may/june. Was brilliant holiday, beach was just across the road, you have to walk around the corner for the pool and snack bar but its good, phillippos himself is a really nice man very friendly, the rooms were very basic but had everything you needed, our room had 2 balconys, rooms were really clean and were cleaned everyday. we spent our nights at bar about ten mins walk away called Billys was really good, karaoke every night the staff was really friendly. we got massive fish bowls and vodka jellys they were amazing. Waterpark was good aswell, we were both really sad to be leaving after the week. would defo be going back kos is a brilliant little place.

We stayed at the apartments opposite Phillipos but were allowed to use his pool and bar, which we did everyday! Phillipos is full of advice and charm and speaks brilliant english. He truly cares about all of his guests and went out of his way to open up the pool bar after hours when I locked my passport in there after it had closed and 5 hours before I was meant to be going home!! He is a star and the pool and bar facilities are fantastic!
The food is great, the deposit boxes are perfect and free of charge, and the owner is extremely helpful. Next year we will be staying at Phillipos apartments!

This is our 5th time to Kos and our 5th apartments!!! Fabulous location and excellent standard of rooms, cleaned everyday with a change of towels and sheets twice in 1 week!! Phillipos is very friendly and speaks brilliant English. He exchanges money at the same rate as everywhere else in town, with no commission charge and his safety deposit boxes are free!!! Recommend the Poisonodia restaurant at other end of Kardemena, bit far but truly worth the walk!!!
