A Clean tiny place!
from kaveh1982
My wife and me have just returned from our travel to istanbul and we were in this neat place for 6 nights. Overally the hotel was ok,However we can not overlook problems in this place... The biggest drawback was that our modern and clean room was extremely small and we have problems to accommodate our luggage!! the bath was also tiny. Nonetheless, I guess that this is also the case for other hotels in the area. The breakfast was acceptable with good range of choices and traditional turkish style. The location was also good and main...

Dear kaveh1982,
Thank you very much for your comments! Unfortunately, some of the rooms are not so big and as you noticed this is a common problem for Istanbul hotels, however our standart rooms are different sized and we could try to upgrade your room but unfortunatelly you haven't informed us.
We will be very glad to see you in our hotel again and provide you with a better service!
Good place to stay in Istanbul centre.
from Cyclist12
A central hotel suited to the leisure traveller. The roof pool & terrace were not open - too cold this week - the first in May. Usual buffet breakfast and a wide range of TV channels in the rooms but not much American TV! A bar and lounge area, also a restaurant. My single bedroom was modern, clean and had A/c. The bathroom was nicely tiled with a good shower. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to help me when I lost my passport. If going back to Istanbul, I would stay here again.

A smart, classy, luxury feel for a cool price.
from sunilmuse
When we walked in to our room it immediately had the wow factor with the classy layout and smart decor. The shower room had a lovely, warm energy which made waking up a pleasurable experience. The location too was superb as we had views over the bustling, cobble stoned streets brimming with authentic Turkish lifestyles. It made people watching fun! The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main attractions and busy shops to cater for all our tourist needs. It was always a pleasure to come back here after a busy day...

I have stayed in this hotel the previous year as well. The hotel provides excellent services and has good facilities. It is clean, the staff are really helpful and are trying their best to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the hotel.
Klas Hotel Istanbul, Laleli area
from lionelp
It was my first time in this hotel, in Laleli. All rooms have been renovated, and the situation of the hotel is nice, in the center of 'Laleli'. Taxis station is at less than 50 meters. The outdoor pool on the roof is small but nice, ideal after breakfast.
not bad
from pbahman
the staffs were good but they speak English hardly, the air-conditioner were working just from 17:00 till 9:00 in the morning because of the price of the electricity, and if you want to stay in your room during the day you can't even breathe. However the rooms were clean, and they clean it every day, the brakfast was good as well.
rude staff! don't go there

i had two guests from bosnia hercegovina staying in this hotel. they are my landlord's wife and her daughter. I had stayed in their house for one year during my misson. they were like my family. Anyway, i helped them for shopping whole day and at the end we were quite tired. We had dinner and got back to hotel. Daughter and me heading the elevators receptionist shouted at me said I m not allowed in. Since they are gonna leave the next morning morning i wanted to say good bye to my land lord wife who was resting in the room.<br...

don't go there
from Gaby&Etya
The hotel was certainly not a 4 star hotel, more like 1 star. The air conditioning didn't work part of the time and it was terrible. the bathroom was discusting, and the staff didn't know English! the breakfast was reasonable, and the price was very cheap. I recommend to pay a little more but go to a different hotel, it really makes a difference in the experience.
Cheap & Tidy
from jessiej
For the price I have rated this hotel as above average, in reality it is more like a 2 star hotel. We paid £35 for the WEEK - UNBELIEVABLY CHEAP The little village of Ovacik is a perfect distance from the "very British" Hisaronu and only a short bus ride from the gorgeous beaches on Olu Deniz. The hotel itself is small and family run, the accomadation is basic so if you cannot handle this then I wouldnt recommend a stay. We only used our room as a base, so it was fine for a quick shower and sleeping purposes. Breakfast was included...

Hotel Klas in Istanbul is not, as written, a 4 star hotel. The rooms are really small, and the bathroom, what can I say, expecially the bath, is unbelievably tiny. You must be an expert acrobat to get in an out of the bath/shower, or whatever you wish to call the little uncomfortable space they call a bath. I have never ever been to a hotel with such a tiny bath. Even the cheap pensions in Italy have bigger rooms than these. I truly do not recommend staying in this hotel. There should be a basic requirement for size.
