The food was col, fish and chicken was raw. We were poorly. Cold baked beans for breakfast !!! Disgusting. We went all inclusive and were treated like outcasts. We were given plastic cups to drink from and polystyrene coffee cups. I asked for a spoon to stir the coffee and... more

Would Never Go Back There

The food was served luke warm. For 2 days we didn't have hot water to bath or shower. Children running riot all through hotel. Children playing with lift buttons while people was inside lift, causing the lift to stop when people did not require it to. The person on... more

El Pins is a very basic hotel and is decidedly quirky. Would not rate it above 2* and would not stay there again. The rooms (bedroom/bathroom)were a bit shabby and the bed linen was not changed daily, merely folded/tidied up by their cleaners. The staff were pleasant enough... more

First impressions were great, 5am arrival but friendly staff member immediatly gave us keys and some information about the hotel. On 1st floor, hotel has a lift. Air con worked perfectly. Large room, large mirror, plug socket a little too far away from mirror. Lots of drawer/wardrobe space. Bed not the most comfortable but certainly did not keep me awake. All in all for the price I paid I was impressed, the only bad thing was breakfast, but you can get a full English over the road for a few euro's. 9 of us went over aged from 1-61, great location for all. Quiet but near the action. Would go back!

I stayed at El Pins hotel on a cheap late deal with a freind. We choice it mainly due to the location which was within walking distance of San Antonio (2km). Which meant we could sample the nightlife, but be able to chill during the day. It ticked those boxes and many more. The hotel is what I say a good 3 star level, basic rooms with option of paying for air conditioning. The hotel is in lovely ground with plenty of pine trees and covered seating areas. stayed at els pins for 1 week half board with my partner and 2 teenage daughters aged 13 and 15. hotel was very clean and rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. food was good as expected of a 3 star hotel and there was plenty to choose from and it was a bonus to have free wine and water with our evening meal. im glad we went half board as food and drink in the cafes and restaurants was quite expensive and it was nice to sit outside on the terrace for breakfast. another added bonus was the fact that the hotel had its own private beech... more

The report price/quality was very good. The rooms are quite big, with air-conditioning, and very clean. The food is not great but eatable. The stuff is very nice especially the guys from Front Desk. They are happy to help you in every matter and I can say that they are doing it very good. One day I broke the safe door key and they solved the issue very quickly without charging me any money. Club Els Pins was an interesting hotel. The evening meal was excellent, plenty of choice and beautiful deserts! The rooms were spacious and the beach front location was superb. This is where the positives end however. Breakfast was poor, there was very little choice. The air con was broken throughout our stay, this was reported immediatley but never fixed.
