Pam Thermal Hotel

When we arrived the front desk was ready for us, but they had little in the way of humor or personality. The room was large with a balcony and nice bathroom. The thermal pools were very interesting and felt good after a long day. That was the good part of this hotel. The restaurant for dinner was awful. Loved this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which is good especially after long days of travelling and sightseeing. Our rooms were modern and the staff were nice. Our experience did not reflect the negative reviews this hotel had about it before we left for Turkey. The hot spring is Amazing especially since my husband has joint pains. He slept like a baby after soaking in the calcium waters. He was the most relaxed hehad been since we started our trip and it was the second best sleep we had in Turkey.

We stayed at this hotel for one night whilst visiting nearby Pamukale. Nice sized hotel rooms, all clean and tidy. the meals were ok buffet style. Not a great deal of choice, especially as I'm vegetarian, however was sufficient for a short stay. The dining room was lacking in atmosphere but again was ok for a short stay. After a long day of traveling, we arrived at the Pan Thermal and was told that the kitchen was closed and that we could not have the dinner that was included. They said that no food was available until the next morning. After much begging, they brought us some leftovers from dinner an hour later. I have to agree with one of the above reviews, how this hotel got 4 stars i don't know. The service was terrible and know one had a smile on there face, they didn't explain anything to us, the bathroom was very bad and it was impossible to not get water every wear cos of the bad design. The bed sheets had patches in them were they had been repaired, we paid for a triple room but they gave us a double room and one of the beds was a tempary one, there was no bin in the room. The Pam Hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is in harmony with its surroundings as it is only three stories high. The bar offered a free belly dancing show the night I was there. A group of tourists were enjoying the spa offerings while another group was in the outdoor pool (which was fine because the water was quite warm!). I was disappointed that I didn't have more time to enjoy this nice hotel. The only drawback is the layout does not have an elevator for guests. Who gave four stars to this hotel, where I had the misfortune of staying on 22 and 23 September 2007? The room was perhaps the worst I have had in my whole travelling life: small, dirty, and with a closet-type bathroom which was undescribable. The bathroom towels were so dirty that I had to use the bed sheets, (that were less dirty than the towels). I strongly advise to avoid it at all costs.

We stayed overnight at the hotel during an excursion to visit Ephesus and Pamukkale. We throughly enjoyed our short stay at the hotel and made good use of the excellent swimming pools which include thermal swimming pools, mud baths & spas. We even had an aromatherapy massage which was very relaxing! Although our rooms were basic they were tidy & clean with a balcony. Hi, we are an italian family who stayed at Pam Hotel 25/26 aug 2006. During our dinner someone entered in our room and had stolen the safety box with our money, passaports, creditcards and other into. The general manager said to us that there was an insurance but it isn't true and now he doesn't wont to help us, he doesn't answer to our messages or phones. We hope our review can help other people who wants to visit Pamukkale, please don't choose Pam Termal Hotel... Be careful

When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel had a open buffet for dinner. The drink prices were a bit high but we were willing to pay for the drinks since the dinner was free. It has a nice thermal pool as well. The rooms are nice and clean, but the shower is a bit small. The bedding is a little old and thread bare as well.
