Dear Guest: Thank you very much for giving us your sincere opinion about our hotel. In the night from August 30th to 31st there was a smouldering fire in the office where our switchboard and the circuit points for the telephones are located. We decided to evacuate those parts of the hotel that were close to that office because of precaution and also health reasons as there was a lot of smoke caused by the smouldering fire. The beaches in the area of Belek consist of a natural mixture of gravel and sand as the sea bottom is stony as well. We are very sorry about your unfortunate experiences that leaded to an unsatisfactory stay at our hotel. Regarding your notes about the inconveniences suffered during your stay I would like to point out some facts you are describing: Because of energy saving and security measures the air conditioning is not working while the windows are open or while there is no keycard in the slot that connects the electricity of the room. The show cooking grill has been set up in order to give our clients a wider choice of food during all services; in addition there are 12 different chafing dishes with a large variety of food prepared according to the products of the market with the influence of the Mediterranean cuisine. Among our employees we have the following nationalities: Turkish, Russian, German, Spanish, Belgium and Saudi Arabian; the available languages to deal with our guests´ issues are Turkish, English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Italian and Arabic.
