Cala Blanca Hotel

We took our two grandchildren to this hotel for a week in June and stayed on an all inclusive basis. We found it to be excellent value for money. The animation team provided plenty of activities for the children to join in with each day and there was a kiddie's disco each evening which was very popular. How stay at the hotel cala blanca, we were family of 4 adults and 3 children. It is a very clean hotel, all staff very friendly and work very HARD. Food very nice. Plenty off sun beds for everyone. Ralouca and Antonio work hard both day and night to keep the children and adults entertained, there are some showes that come in, in the evening. The location very quiet but can get a bus to citudella an cala boch. This is the first hotel we have been to and been out numbered by the Italians and french. We have just come back from The Hotel Cala Blanca in Cala Blanca (7-14 August 2006) and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, the rooms were kept clean and the pool was great. We wanted a quiet resort so this suited us perfectly. They have entertainment every evening mainly catering for the younger children, but also have entertainment catering for the parents too. Our party of three adults and two children have just returned from a week at Hotel Cala Blanca where we had a great time. All parts of the hotel, pool area and gardens were kept exceptionally clean and tidy. There were plenty of sun beds and, although there was only a few parasols, there was plenty of shade from trees in the garden if you wanted to get out of the sun. Read the reviews as we all do, But dont make an assumption on years old reviews, its a foreign country, and its not the English Riviera, so dont expect fish and chips, from an english chippy, or One of those Burger giants ,Thank heavens for small mercies. I took my 2 Children to the hotel, all with an open mind, we had a fantastic holiday, and would not hesitate in returning again

After reading a lot of reviews on this hotel i wondered what i had let myself in for, but i can honestly say i was pleasently surprised when me and my family went in june. Hotel had everything you need,very clean, nice food, good entertainment. One thing i should say is if you are after a lively loud place to party all night dont come here, its a lovely little quite resort great for familys or older couples. Flew fron Newcastle late September 2004. Booked for 2 weeks all inclusive. Didnt sleep for the 1st week- the sound of people being ill and crying out for someone to help them was too much.Food cold , but lovely staff. Local health inspectors checking on hotel due to illness. Airtours couldnt care less, never saw rep once. Booked flight home 1 week early at own expense £380 but worth coming home healthy.Dont waste your money go to another hotel.

we have just returned from this hotel 23/10/2004.It is a very clean, well kept hotel and the island is beautiful.We booked all inclusive but after one day we decided to eat most meals out of the hotel as the food tasted cold although after discussions with the manager it did get hotter.Several people became ill and two were admitted to hospital, the reason for this was unclear but we played safe.Also there was not one television on in the whole hotel and night time entertainment was very limited.One got the impression that the hotel was... more

We were in Hotel Cala Blanca for 2 weeks in July 2004. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Hotel is built in the 70's and in quiet resort. Very family orientated and plenty of space around the pool, with the option of shades from the tall pine trees, but watch out for bird droppings from above ! Staff are very friendly and hotel kept clean, cleaners were in our room everyday. Hotel is only 5 minutes from a good small cove with clean water and beach. There is a bus stop just behind the resort which was very handy. Food is average but plenty of variety.... more
