I stayed there last summer with a group of friends. The overall stay was just perfect. The hotel is located on the coast of Van lake and offering you one of the most spectacular sunsets. The room was spacey and clean with a bathtube. The food was very tasty too. The breakfast was really one of the best I have ever had including special fresh cheeses, honey, butter etc. from the region. The dinner buffet was including both local and international specialities. And the staff, oh they were so kind and helpful. The receptionist even woke the cook up at 3 am just because we wanted to have some local soup (airanas, smthng like that) after a long night. The location was quite convenient also. Being away from the city crowds, relaxing in the middle of the nature but at the same time being very close to the main historic attractions such as Ahtamara Island and Church and Van Castle. Would definitely stay there again. And one more important remark, the hotel is actually 4 stars not 2 stars like stated here.
