having just come back from our holiday it will be cuba next year the cost for my family was higher than playa pesquero in cuba, and upon our arrival the hotel looks like an insurance building and you can get lost in it, in 14 days we spent 2hrs on the beach and 200 metres... more

My teenaged daughter and I stayed at Lykia World from 25 to 31 Aug 2008. We wanted a relaxing break with good food, lots of sun, the option for some activities --- and we def got what we wanted. After a six hour delay on the way out - on a night flight - we were a little perturbed by our transfer. The approach to the hotel is down a twisty badly potholed road through some out of the way villages --- a bit spooky at night, but the staff were lovely when we eventually got there. Spectacular New Golf Hotel from talltrev

Beautiful hotel from nowelt
Hotel was realy nice. Very modern and spacious. There concept of family rooms i thought were excellent, especially when you have young kids. The acitivities for children and adults were very professional and very entertaining. Also their shows at night were excellent too, and were only for a short period, which didnt get boring for the kids. Not yet a 5 star resort from WatfordTraveller
Firstly, in response to the previous posting that the resort is dirty, this was not the case when we arrived in late July for a 10 day break. FIVE STAR RESORT - If you are expecting a 5 star resort, Lykia World isn’t. From the brochures they had available, it appears to be a lot higher standard than the Olu Deniz resort, but that doesn’t make it 5 stars when compared with Middle East or European resorts. Lovely hotel not all open from chesk
Hotel is really lovely. Very big ,but it is still not finished and we arrived home 5th Aug 08. There are only 4 bars open only the beach bar (Meltem Bar) has any entertainiment. Each night they have music with the odd half hour show generally dancing we had 2 in our 2 wks there. The other bars are very very quite as the hotel in only half full. The Theartre has half hour show but you cannot get drinks in there. The kids club is really good mine did not attend but I know others that did and said the activities were great. Don't compare to Olu Deniz! from Wease1
As a repeat guest of Lykia World Olu Deniz we went to the new Lykia World Antalya with similar expectations - don't!! This new resort is a totally different concept and everyone who travels there this summer should be told (as I was) that the complex is not finished. We were also advised by the hotel checkin staff of this fact on arrival. The cost of my holiday was therefore reduced accordingly with the extra bonus that until October all soft drinks, tea, coffee, beer from the bars and from the mini bar in the room are free 24 hours a... more

Dirty Lykia World ! from cracou
Just back from our Hollidays at Lykia World & Links Golf Antalya, From 2nd to 8th of july 2008 and I must complain. Sold as "luxury class Hotel ***** sup ", but in fact it's not more then a lower middle class hotel. Would have loved to see the 100% finished product! from 1andTwins
We were here from May 7-14 2008 with 3 small children. The oldest turned 4 during our stay, our twins were almost 18 months old. We booked a suite, but the room we had booked was not finished (as other parts of the hotel) and we got a superior suite with ocean view, 2 bedrooms (as booked) and 2 bath rooms. Already a Great Hotel from mshel21
Spent a week in this new build mid-May, it is currently still being built in certain sections, and the golf course is a long way from being finished. This being said, we still really enjoyed our stay and was not disturbed once by the work going on around the resort. When it is finished it will be quite a large complex. Well let me start by saying WOW! Although many parts of the hotel are not finished yet i am very impressed with this new hotel. From the moment we arrived a bell boy was waiting to collect our luggage and take it to our rooms for us very gd when your arriving at about 3:15 turkey time.
