I stayed here with my family in July/August 2009 and I have to say I had a great time.

The apartments are lovely and clean, with all the utenstils etc you could need. The beds were changed regularly and there was air conditioning in the bedrooms. My only gripe would be that the electric stoves can take a little while to heat up.

The pool area was also beautifully clean and the grounds nicely kept. Ali, Shadia and they're family really looked after us and were really lovely and kind.

It is a little bit of a walk into Dalyan but you don't really notice it once you get going. Dalyan itself is a wonderful little place. The boat ride to the beach is great as you go through the reed beds and pass the rock tombs. You can get a boat across the river to Caunos for a few lira, it is then about a 40 minute walk to the ruins, but well worth it if you're a history buff!

I cannot big these apartments or Dalyan up enough - it was a great holiday!

Just returned from a fantastic holiday staying at the Minta Apts. Just when you think Turkey cannot get any better it does. First time in Dalyan. Could not have made a better choice of accomodation. Ali and family made us welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Apartments clean and modern. Short walk to town centre with excellent choice of restaurants. Wonderful breathtaking scenery. Cannot recommend the Minta apartments highly enough.

Lovely clean friendly apartments by suetreas

Loved these apartments good location abount 10 min walk to river. Was there last week of season so had the place to ourselves but even if it was full (12 apartments) there was plenty of room around the pool for everyone. Ali and his family made us very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed his sea bass meals and the lovely full English. He also arranged a very reasonable transfer from the airport. Apartments were very clean and had all the basic equipment you needed. Would recommend them as lst class.

these apartments are superb, Ali and his family are lovely and make you feel part of the family i will definately be returning next year, I would recommend these apartments for couples and families with young children as they are in a lovely quiet location but within a 5-10 min walk into the town centre. First class.

We arrived at the Minta apart in Dalyan to be greeted by Ali and Sadiye the owners,the welcome you could see right away was completly meant,we were there for three weeks and things got better day by day it had been a long time since we found accomodation and hospitality such as this it made the holiday completely perfect the restuarants were really good we dined a different location for at least 14 nights and only found one that did not come up to standard the Turkish cuisine is one of the tastest foods we have ever tasted, We would most certainly recomend this Apartment to any one like us coming to Turkey for the first time and enjoy a home from home.

We have been to The Minta aparts twice now , the last time in May 2009 , great weather and the best self catering we have stayed at in Dalyan...

Ali and his family make you so welcome and here at the Minta aparts the guests definately come first... nothing too much trouble..

A wonderful pool that offers a welcome escape from the Dalyan sun , plenty of space and sun loungers poolside with the bar near to hand...

The apartments are all very very clean , comfortable and spacious and all have their own balcony ...

A supermarket 5 minutes away and the town centre and river a leisurely 15 to 20 minute walk away , The Minta Aparts are located in a quiet location but near enough to the shops and amenities , no disco's or noisy bars to disturb the peace and serenity of our stay and the beach is only a short boat trip from the centre ..

Ali puts on a great barbeque night , the fish and lamb are very very good and we could ask for snacks any time if we didnt fancy cooking ourselves..

Great aparts , great family , great place.. recommended...

We have stayed twice at the Minta Aparts , each apartment is spacious and very very clean , Ali and his family cannot do enough for you , the pool is wonderful and a welcome escape from the Dalyan sun. Ali's barbeque nights are a treat...

Perfect if you dont want disco's or busy bars to disturb your rest and relaxation , a supermarket only a few minutes away and the town centre and river are only 15 to 20 minutes slow walk away..

Excellent value for money , located in a quiet area but very near the main shops etc. the Minta aparts will always be a place we return to for that friendly personal approach to staying in Dalyan..

Friendly staff, clean apartments and cold beer by Mark129

Half an hour from the airport and Ali and family made us feel really welcome at their complex. It's perfect if you want somewhere to relax, sit by the pool and drink iced beer in the sunshine. The food was good as well, cooked fresh for us as we ordered. We go to Turkey every 2nd year and in 2010 we will be holidaying with Ali again.

For those new to Turkey, the vast array of sightseeing trips can be arranged with ease, and the clean, airconditioned apartments are great to come back to in the evening. Doors and windows had insect screens, so you could leave them open if you want.

I had two weeks in Dalyan this year at Minta Apart.

Weather seems always nice here, sunny and warm. Spring is here and season just started so not all shops open but all gardens are really beautiful with colourful flowers everywere. At Minta we had fish barbeque in the evening and we made some new friends. In the mornings we did birdwatching on the roof and the views are astonishing. Storks flying just above your head and my camera is full of excellent pictures.

The last morning before leaving we had english breakfast and we will certainly be back.

We have just returned from the Minta Apartments where we had an enjoyable two weeks. The apartments are very clean and the furnishings are of good quality. The family owned/run apartments are friendly and the owner helpful. The room facilities listed however, just do not exist. There are no hairdryers, ovens, safes, internet access or TV. I did not take a hairdryer and after three days of mentioning it I was given one with an English plug (obviously left by a holiday guest) You pay separately for the air conditioning. There is a area for eating and drinking, we had the BBQ twice which was good value, 4 courses for 20YTL each (£10) There is a small (office) by the gate which was locked most of the time - there was no currency exchange. The owner said facilities like internet access would be provided next year.
