Minta Apart Hotel

Just returned from a fantastic holiday staying at the Minta Apts. Just when you think Turkey cannot get any better it does. First time in Dalyan. Could not have made a better choice of accomodation. Ali and family made us welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Apartments clean and modern. Short walk to town centre with excellent choice of restaurants. Wonderful breathtaking scenery. Cannot recommend the Minta apartments highly enough.

Loved these apartments good location abount 10 min walk to river. Was there last week of season so had the place to ourselves but even if it was full (12 apartments) there was plenty of room around the pool for everyone. Ali and his family made us very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed his sea bass meals and the lovely full English. He also arranged a very reasonable transfer from the airport. Apartments were very clean and had all the basic equipment you needed. Would recommend them as lst class.

these apartments are superb, Ali and his family are lovely and make you feel part of the family i will definately be returning next year, I would recommend these apartments for couples and families with young children as they are in a lovely quiet location but within a 5-10 min walk into the town centre. First class.

We have been to The Minta aparts twice now , the last time in May 2009 , great weather and the best self catering we have stayed at in Dalyan... Ali and his family make you so welcome and here at the Minta aparts the guests definately come first... nothing too much trouble.. A wonderful pool that offers a welcome escape from the Dalyan sun , plenty of space and sun loungers poolside with the bar near to hand... We have stayed twice at the Minta Aparts , each apartment is spacious and very very clean , Ali and his family cannot do enough for you , the pool is wonderful and a welcome escape from the Dalyan sun. Ali's barbeque nights are a treat... Perfect if you dont want disco's or busy bars to disturb your rest and relaxation , a supermarket only a few minutes away and the town centre and river are only 15 to 20 minutes slow walk away.. Half an hour from the airport and Ali and family made us feel really welcome at their complex. It's perfect if you want somewhere to relax, sit by the pool and drink iced beer in the sunshine. The food was good as well, cooked fresh for us as we ordered. We go to Turkey every 2nd year and in 2010 we will be holidaying with Ali again. For those new to Turkey, the vast array of sightseeing trips can be arranged with ease, and the clean, airconditioned apartments are great to come back to in the evening. I had two weeks in Dalyan this year at Minta Apart. Weather seems always nice here, sunny and warm. Spring is here and season just started so not all shops open but all gardens are really beautiful with colourful flowers everywere. At Minta we had fish barbeque in the evening and we made some new friends. In the mornings we did birdwatching on the roof and the views are astonishing. returned from the minta very happy, will go back again soon. Nothing bad about these apartments and only a 5-10 minute walk into town nice clean rooms & nice new bathroom Great food, great service, lovely owners.. Family runned! nice pool and pool area, enough sunbeds for everyone, Good for familys, couples and children for a relaxing get away! great value for money

stayed here july 08, lovely area, lovely weather.. peaceful. just a stroll into town loved the clean new bathrooms Excellent food & drinks, very nice atmosphere. felt very homesly the minute we arrived! also do airport run cheap :)
