The hotel and staff were fantastic. The management and reception staff could not have made us feel more welcome and the spa is wonderful.
We took my 10 month old son and everyone treated him brilliantly. The hotel did not have many children and so they made those that were there, feeling extra special.
Definitely a hotel we will return to.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Thomas Cook and their service in resort which was truly terrible, we would never go on holiday with Thomas Cook again.

Upon arrival there are fruit and flowers and wine to enjoy. We loved the continental breakfast in bed at no extra charge, then helping yourself to amazing buffet.
My toddler loves it, lovely baby pool, wandering around the gardens and feeding turtles and koi carp. Staff are wonderful, and discreetly always available.
Room service very useful with a toddler, rooms large enough for table for dinner. Husband and I love the spa, it is beautiful. Cannot find anywhere else to compare! Would go every year!
