Feb 11,just returned from a weeks break here and will never return,been twice before and was ok,this time was appauling,NO electricity in the apartments,the complex is running off a generator which was immediately outside our apartment door and has been running 24 hours a day for 5 months now and you cannot escape the noise wherever you go on the complex.Forget complaining to the management as we were offered another room above the bar and was told with a smirk that it was that or nothing basically,take your business elsewhere and save yourself the disappointment of this place!

We spent two weeks here in the apartment complex, last March and found the staff most helpful. The day we arived we were given a studio on the front, which was OK but absolutely stank of smoke. That night was horendous because of the noise from the bar and overnight noise from the fallout from the nightclub! Shouting, screaming and cars hooting until 5.00am in the morning. Enough was enough, I asked for a move and was give a ground floor in apartment block D, Much better, with a small garden. Altogether we had a good two weeks after the initial catastrophe but be aware this is a timeshare place, and those apartments are a lot better and have extras thrown in, than the package operators. There is a TV, Safe both of which you have to pay and it doesnt come cheap!! Would go back again, given the right studio. as the position is very good although the area is now looking very tired due to the closure of a lot of shops!

my partner and i went last june we loved it.the room was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful.we went to sian park it was brilliant the best water park ive ever been to.we went to jungle park which was also brilliant the bird show at the end was amazing huge eagles flying above you head and if you have the glove on they come an land on ur hand.we went on a boat to go whale watching and saw 2 blue whales they where out of this world they were massive,you normally get dolpins coming to the boat but we didnt see any which was disapointing but we saw the blue whales so we couldnt complain.if you are going to tenerife you have to go to these places.we would definetly go again

Very dated hotel - dirty and uncomfortable
Greeted by 3 cockroaches in our room on night one. Same again on night 2, same again on night 3 - droppings all over work tops.
This was more than the normal amount of cockroaches you'd expect to find in a "hot climate".
Thomson rep useless and English manager at hotel abrupt, rude and not interested at all.
After complaining for 2 days, finally got moved to another dated, dirty and uncomfotable room, but thankfully without the cockroach colony!
Avoid this hotel (unless you're a dirt and roach lover!)

just came back from pueblo torviscas lovely big apartments. had to get the right spot for sun beds.we spent our time at the beach mostly but when we returned we could only get sun beds in the shade. maid service werent to good and they only changed our towels once in a week, i like clean towels daily lucky we had our own. didnt change bedding while we were there. close to beach shops not to far away. we only had 3 sun bathing days as we had tropical storm but after lunch time u could walk around but a bit chilly to sun bathe but some people were. good size apartment but didnt like the fact that we didnt get clean towels and maids cleanin not up to much.pool and jacuzzi freezing

I stayed here for a week in august last year with a group of friends.
We arrived late at night but staff were very helpful and helped us to our rooms with our lugggage. The room itself was very basic but was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning but after a few nights we got used to it, i was told that you could hire a fan for around 15euros per week however we never did this.
Our room was just above the main entertainment so could get very noisy at night. It would usually finished around 11ish but as we were normally out we werent too bothered by this.
There is a choice of two restaurants in the hotel which were reasonably prices and had very friendly staff. The pool area and pool was clean and a nce place too relax if you could get a sunbed early enough.
The hotel itself is in a great location, very close to the beach and shops which was great. Could get very annoying around meal times with people trying to get you into their places but you learn to avoid them.
The hotel in not in las americas as we were informed it it in las torviscas so you will need to take a short taxi ride to gt to the heart of the nightlife which isnt a problem really as the taxis are cheap and there are always plenty around.
Overall this was a great holiday and i would recommend this hotel to others. It is basic but if your not going to be spending much time in your room then this wont be a problem. I will be goin back.

First impressions of the hotel were good. Clean reception and pool are looked very nice. We arrived at night.
The room was very very dated, no air con, unbearable, hired a fan, still unbearable, the bath was mouldy, there were ants, towels changed twice, bedding changed once and the toilet... well if you flushed it at night it would refill for 8 hours making so much noise we had to have the fan on the noisey level to block it out. Room right above bars so very noisey, not a problem for us as we are young, but people out on street till 5 in the morning is a little off putting.
The pool was maintained ok, always someone fishing things out of it, but just dont look too closely at the sides or you will never go in. Staff at pool bar very friendly, staff in reception werent that helpful but luckily we didnt need much help.
However, one of the BEST holidays we have ever had as four of us went and we made it great and to be honest the hotel wasnt that bad, just being picky. GREAT location!!!!! Plus they are refurbishing so would definately go back when air con installed! Dont let this review put you off as a holiday is what you make it!!!!!

dirty - bed bugs in childrens beds due to dirty covers, had to spray and get rid of the bedding, towels never changed - the maids just hung up the dirty ones again. toilet would not flush - was repaired next day but then developed a new fault, mould round bath, tiles broken off in a lot of places in swimming pool. apart from that - one good point was the position - right next to beach and the colonial bar - nice place to eat,

Fantastic.
Yes the room was a little stuffy and had lots of ants and airconditioning would have made this much more bearable, I would strongly reccomend that this is installed or even portable units provided (you do get a fan but this is insufficient). Lots to do in the surrounding area, great pubs and restaurants both inside and outside the complex and an exellent location all round (can be spoilt by the constant pestering from the 'lucky lucky' men but one comes to expect this now in Tenerife I guess - I would say that this holiday is good value for money.
I used the Thomson text service to find out about my return transfer and this worked extremely well with a ''buddy'' booking and texting back the pick up time from the complex.
We are definately going back next year.

very basic the week we were there the room was not cleaned once , had to ask for change of towels which we recieved only once. we had to remove our own rubbish .Had cockroaches because of rubbish not taken away. We had same bed linen all week , this was reported at the time but because we had booked this on the internet the staff did not want to know. very disapointed spoilt the holiday
