We have just spent 7 days at the Los Alisios. Although the appartment was clean and spacious. It is NO Way an ALL INCLUSIVE Hotel. I felt as though they did not want British people there. FISH FISH and more fish. On one occasion It was difficult to choose something to eat. Childrens meals were very bland. Many people came in. Took a look at the food, and went to eat at other restaurants. No entertainment. Children where bored. The pool tiles were very dangerous when wet. One person fell, and injured themselves. I cannot understand how it optained the THREE STAR rating. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

We have just got back from 7 awful nights at Los Alisios and it was the worst hol ever,We had room C401 on the top floor so we could get some good views, but were not the views we were expecting. To have a shower we had to run the water for a good 15 mins before we got any hot water and there was hardly any pressure. The food was ok for the first couple of days, but most days it was just fish, fish, fish...not really what you would expect for an AI deal, would of been better on a Self Catering basis. They expected you to pay extra for your meals on certain days like on a Wednesday when they had a BBQ, extra for pool, football table, and Sun Lounger Cushions. No towels were provided for Sun Loungers either. Rooms were not cleaned on Wednesdays & Saturdays, so no clean towels or bedding just bins emptied....Overall we would not recommend this holiday to anyone...:-0(

Arrived late at night and the reception staff were lovely.
Got to our apartments to find the door broken which we were later told by reception that we would have to wait until the next morning to fix it. Had to keep it shut with a chair which blew open in the middle of the night.
We wake up to the french entertainment, definately a french resort, one of the only english groups.
The mini market on the site was extravagently priced with little to offer and the pool side bar food was disgusting. Also you had to pay each day for sunbed cushions.
The cleaners on the otherhand were very good and came everyday to make beds and clean towels. The pool was lovely but not heated.
The beach was about a 20minute walk which was on a hill.
There were many restaurants nearby, also hilly.
Overall our stay was ok, didnt help that there was only two days sunshine.

I went there with a few girls and we found no entertainment within the hotel for the English guests, everything was in French for the club 3000 side of the hotel..
The rooms were spacious though with some basic facilities which were okay.
We had a few problems with cleaning staff but reception staff were very good..
I personally would not stay there again but it depends on the kind of holiday you are looking for x

The hotel is nice but its a french resort. Club 3000 french resort will drive you up the wall, they are rude and restrict what you can do. The french reps are rude and aggresive.
They blook book the football and all other sporting activities. we had 2 weeks watching the french having a great time.
Ask for your money back!!!!!
The cleaning staff are nice and do a very good job. the rooms are big and clean.

We arrived at these apartments in the early hours of sat morning were meant to be in them on friday night but had a 6 hour delay, we were woken up on the sat with the sound of the french holiday makers taking all the sun loungers and talking very loudly that was the start of our worst 6 days ever, our kids could not go in pool as the french children would splash them and jump over their heads, they partied until early hours of morning and their children would ring ur apartment doorbell and bang on the windows

WE have stayed at these apartments 3 times in the last 2 years and are due to go back again in August. We book independantly and have always found the apartments clean and well maintained. The pool is great for kids and adults alike and the complex offers good basic amenities.
If you are looking for family accomadation with loads to do and 5 star quality then this is not the place for you. But if like us you want somewhere to relax, a safe environment, suitable for all ages with kids that like to spend time with their parents rather than in a kids club then this is the place to be.
Not too far from all the local amenties, 5 mins away from the bus so you can explore the island, 10 mins walk to the beach. When the fair is in town its almost on the door step yet far enough away so that the music from the fair or the bars is pleasant not anoying.
In short absolutely fabulous!!!!

Just recently returned from Tenerife after staying at Los Alisios Appartments on one of their All Inclusive packages with my partner. We were very disappointed by the poor quality of the food which was served in the restraurant and the bar snacks that we were served. The advertised entertainment consisted of background music only with a few silly games; which were hard to understand. Although there were advertised structured actives; these did not take place. We were forced to go out to local bars and restraurants; as were many others which were on the all inclusive package. I felt that the Los Alisios was not geared up for all inclusive. The hotel also appeared to favour non-British guests; therefore I could not recommend it and certainly would not be returning in the future.
