Great Holiday - Fabulous hotel - although very isolated!!
from Rothwek
After reading several reviews before going on this holiday we were optimistic as to what to expect, although it had been recommended to us. Its very true about the number of steps that exist at this hotel but DO NOT be put off by this, as not one review mentions that the hotel provide a 'tractor' from 7am through to midnight - which circlulates the whole grounds from top to beach - the hotel also provide staff that deliver and collect luggage to your door upon arrival /departure.The staff here are faultless and the hotel is spotless - no...

Great Hotel Fab Holiday
from Themarlorclan
After reading the last two reviews i had to add mine. We are a family of 3 adults & 4 children aged 16 13 8 4 and everyone of us had a great time hotel fantastic we had rooms in main hotel which overlooked the sea, no's 1419 & 1420 which we did request before we went out as we were told about the villas being up some steps. These were cleaned and every day with a lovely flower made from the bed cover they even made a flower with a pair of my husbands shorts on day which must of been left on the bed. Food excellent we were there for 2 weeks...

Butlins in nice weather
from Sues09
Blaring music & karaoke until 0130 every morning, thumping music throughout the day by the pool, pool closed for games of water polo & "catch the bra". Probably great for a group of teenage friends, or a "get pissed abroad" style of do - not for a young family away as we were sold it. Hotel and staff were faultless, rooms were clean, food was great (even tho it was buffet service, not a 5* waiter service) - just really not what we were told it would be.
not as expected

i booked my holiday at the thomas cook in hinckley, a hotel room for 3. when we arrive at the hotel all of our coach were sent back out of the front door up many many steps to find out villa???? i know i book the hotel and when i complained to the rep she said it would cost £10 per person per night to move into the hotel. She did nothing to sort this out for us and most ppl i spoke to had also boooked a hotel room to be sent out into the villas, I cant beleive that the local travel agent booked me in wrong and one in Derby and at least on...

ok hotel, not 5 star, kusadasi nice to visit
from melbabe
We stopped at the Ephesus Princess for two weeks in June 2009. Kusadasi itself was a lovely seaside town with loads of restaurants and pubs to choose from, and loads of shops and market stalls. But the drinks in Kusadasi were quite expensive with pints £2.80 to £3.00 and cocktails around £9.00 The grounds to the hotel are well kept with plenty to keep you occupied, but i wouldn't say it was a 5*. iThe rooms were very basic, but quite a decent size, however the carpet was very hard and as I have soft feet it hurts them. We...

amazing holiday, can't wait to go back!
from smillie1982
we stayed at ephesus princess for 10 nights and i really couldn't fault the place. we knew we were in a villa and found that apart from having to carry the buggy up a few steps it was ideal for us (2 adults and 2 kids aged 8 yrs and 14 months) I did worry about the food being suitable for the kids before we arrived but it was brilliant, plenty of choice for all ages and a fantastic standard. The animation team were fantastic and worked so hard to keep eberyone entertained, loved the different choice of activities especially poolside...

We have just returned yesterday from 2 weeks at the Ephesus Princess Hotel. We are a student couple both of aged 20. Having been to turkey myself about 12 times to many great hotels in different areas (including the sister hotel the Phaselis Princess) I can definitely say this exceeded my expectations. This was my boyfriends first time to Turkey and this hotel has been a great way of showing him why I love it so much. He says it’s been the best holiday he’s had. Location: On a hillside with a lot of steps which many people complain...

Great hotel but room for improvement.
from SmartieWales
This is a lovely hotel set on a hillside in a beautiful location. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean, with maid service daily and renewed towels. When I initally booked I was told I would be in the hotel, but unfortunately on arrival found we had been placed in the villas (all the English appeared to be in the villas). The negative aspect of being in the villas, is that it is an excessive climb up the hillside each time you wish to return to your room. The brocure (Thomas Cook) does not say that there are over 100...

disappointed
from haydock
We have just returned from a week in the Ephesus Princess Hotel. The hotel is in a good location if you don't mind being out of town (which we didn't). Getting into town is easy - just jump on a dolmus (bus) at the hotel entrance and you can travel into the town centre for 2.50 Turkish Lira. You can get the dolmus back to the hotel from the same location just look out for the ones that drop off at the Ephesus Princess, again for 2.50 Turkish Lira. I found it confusing when people at the hotel quoted prices in Euros instead of Lira...

amazing hotel
from achillesStokeOnTrent
Hotel If you believe all the reviews you read you would never leave your own house. This hotel is the best we have visited in europe and has the best facilities by far. The sauna and finn bath are part of the all inclusive. This hotel is a must for any family who likes fun. we went to this hotel three years on the trot and are going again in June 09. Rooms are nice. we've stopped in the villa's and the hotel but personally we prefer the hotel rooms (not as far too walk). Mini bar filled daily with water and soft drinks and...
