I would recommend this hotel to anyone, except those with walking difficulties. Having said that, I have and as taxi's are cheap, I didn’t have any problems. The rooms are very pleasant, all with corner balconies. The bathrooms are very nice. Towels changed daily.... more

Excellent but the food and...

A most enjoyable stay; friendly staff. But, the hot food was generally cold, often drown in salt and a mix match selection. When senior management were absent the food seemed to take a noise dive (when the cats away!). I was funtunate, many guests complained how uncomfortable their beds were - rock hard. I would stay again, but would want the same bed.

Our second visit to Puerto de la Cruz, and I can say as much a we fell in love with the views, traditionalism and friendly people the first time we adored it even more this time, do not judge Puerto de la Cruz on its wicked sister (the south of the island) it is such a flip... more
