I went for a vacaction and I want to go back, the room was okey and the service was excellent. I loved the pools that are placed in the roof because you can see the beach an the pool at the same time.
I loved the food specially on breakfast.

I went for my vacations and I can tell that I´m satisfied with the hotel and the marvelous instalations, the food was great and I had a lovely and romantic time with my boyfriend.
I recommend this place to all my relatives and friends.

I was there one week this year and I have to say that it was a great experience, the hotel is awesome,the rooms, at least mine, are very comfortable and the beach is beautiful. The people who work there are very nice, but I think that the best part was the food,it was delicious, I really like the place, and I love to come back soon!!

In need of a facelift from Philip_Carroll
Very dissappointed by this hotel. A good 15 minutes stroll from the sea front and situated next to the main bus / coach depot. The roof top pool is small and the bar area had a very small selection of food at lunchtime. The food in the restaurant was very bland and unimaginitive. Our room overlooked the back of an adjacent building, air conditioning units and pipework. The reception area could certainly benefit from a facelift. We managed one night before upgrading to an alternative hotel (H10 Tenerife Playa) opposite the beach.

I have visited this hotel every last 4 winters during Jan/Feb and consider it to be great value for money and perfectly situated for exploring the town or the beach. The rooms are very clean, have fridge and hairdryer and there are many shops. a supermarket and launderette within a few minutes walk. Food is average but plenty. Hotel has made big improvements over the last few years; bedrooms and bathrooms all well-furnished & decorated, and public rooms also mainly refurbished. Staff are in the main very helpful and Carmen, the directrice, is always keen to help & will act on any criticisms. The dining room in the Magec Park is lovely - far nicer than the Dania or Magec. was at the megec for 10 days from the 13.10.04 with my mother and the weather was very hot. at the pool there was no shade to enjoy the pool especially as its for couples and eldely/mature customers. the food was much of the same towards the end breakfast the same eggs scrambled or fried the service was however great A1 clean towels every day the maids was very happy and chatty all the time the staff in reception also was helpful would go back to puerto de la cruz even though its a hilly place to which we wasn`t told about... more

we recently stayed in the dania park hotel,3rd sep to 17th sep.from the first morning of arriving,we should have known what the food was like.it was scrambled egg, you could have soled your shoes with it. the evening meals were mainly VEAL OR FISH.i personally lost over half a stone in that fortnight,as all i could stomach of their food were the salads.what did not please us most is the fact that you pay half board prices ,for meals that the only way you can get something that was not swimming in grease or oil ,was to go out and eat most... more

the hotel is in a great location,near town's center,but there are a lot of ploblems:Firstly there was no change of sheets during a 7nights stay.Secondly the dinner was terrible(the worst in the town)despite the variety of dishes on the buffet.Thirdly the stuff was quite agresive a time towards the clients and of course doesn't speak english.

Very nice Hotels, The Dania and Magec are what I would call "Budget" four stars. Lovely roof top pools, nice bars, nice staff. Food sometimes a let down though. In a residential area of Puerto, so its a 15 min walk down to the seafront, and a bit longer to get to the Lido. Always nicely priced, and good value "four stars"....
