First impressions - Greeted with champagne on arrival, porter took cases to our room, and receptionist spoke good English.

Slightly disappointing compared to other Barcelo hotels. Entertainments staff spoke very little English. Staff running children's club spoke only Italian most days - leaving the Spanish, English and other children not knowing what was happening. read more
