Alaiye Resort & Spa Hotel

Just returned from a 12 day stay with my partner and grand daughter aged 4,the hotel is spotless staff are always cleaning, the swimming pools are great and so are the slides we couldnt get our grand daughter of them, the food was great but catered more for Germans, the entertainment was the best we have ever seen,ever night there was something that would keep you entertained. now for the bad points we went with thomas cook and would never use this company again, the rep was only there for one thing and that was for your money, dont go on... more

if going to alaiye resort &spa you won t be disappointed the hotel is fantastic the service is top class .the amenities are fab we enjoyed the alaiye garden complex its where most of brits go to get away from the germans.but if you want a sunbed by main pool you will have to get up early !!! really early!!! but the only downer on the holiday was the evening entertainment shows SHOCKING!!! but all in all fab holiday , fab hotel, weather fab and staff fab .

The first thing I have to say about the Alaiye is that it is spotlessly clean; there are cleaners constantly working through the day and night and they keep the hotel immaculate, the same can be said for the waiters in the restaurants, they are constantly clearing dirty plates etc and never let anything get particularly dirty. We travelled with 2 young children (8 and 4) and we all had a fantastic time, there was plenty to do for us all both in the day and the shows at night. We have just come back from a week in alaiye resort and spa hotel. we loved it. We have a boy 12 yrs old and a girl 10 yrs old. chalk and cheese! yet this holiday was great for them. At the teenage club my son played in tournaments and competitions and played table tennis, air hockey, snooker, tennis, archery, darts, water polo, volleybal .... the list goes on. We hardly saw him, everyday i asked 'did you have a good day today?' and his reply was 'Brilliant' which from a stropy' grumpy teenager was a miracle! My daughter loved it too... more

We have just returned from this hotel, and we really enjoyed our time their. The hotel was spotless, the food was great our room was fantastic the staff are brilliant what more can you ask for. The one down fall was the entertainment at nigh because their was little going on if you choose not to go in the ampitheatre. The entertainment is good in the day though with theings such as table-tennis, dancing and volleyball all going on everyday. having read the reviews i was amazed with the hotel. I have actually returned to UK early due to illness and left my husband and kids behind to finish off the holiday. One thing i will say is that the comments on the food being the same every night and raw is a load of rubbish, there was a different theme on every night with the themes local food. It was very nice, a bit busy yes but it is quite a large hotel, i didnt get to try the a al carte restuarants as i was ill (due to not being able to cope with humidity and heat) but will finish... more

What a lovely hotel, we were sceptical about the place after reading some of the reviews but we were pleasantly suprised. The Staff are very friendly, the place is immaculate, the animation team are worth their weight in gold, the service is great, we didn't have to fight for anything (sunbeds & food). What I will say is, don't get to excited about the Chinese restaurant, it ain't that great! ok where do i start...... its a 5 star hotel i would say its more of a 4 star the rooms and every thing is tip top with cleaners all the time and the entertainment people are top guys thats the only good thing i can say about the hotel !!!...... the food is disgusting with cold food un-cooked meat and the same every 2 nights if staying there for 2 weeks like i did its horriable... the hotel was really well kept and built to a high standard, the food was ok if you like the same selections every other day. the beach was clean and the only place u get good service for a drink. if u were anything other than english u get treated well, I.E the germans tip there wayto good service, the shops next tothe hotel r over priced if you walk across the street you will get everything for half the price. wont go back tothe alaiye hotel but turkey is really nice.

I stayed in this hotel with 2 of my friends and had a brill time. We stayed on the SC basis so we didnt really have any of the food but there are plenty of places to eat out in this area. Really good location about a 15 min walk to the main nightlife which is situated near the harbour so we were far enough away to get some sleep. The pool is pretty small but the beach is literally across the road from this hotel and you can pay a littel fee at the hotel to book a sunbed and parasol for the beach.
