Penny's Studios

The pool area is ok clean and tidy. the reception is the hotel bar which isnt ideal and the safety deposit boxes are located at another hotel. The location is good right next to everything. Our room overlooked the pool and was horrible. Im used to basic rooms but this room was dirty there were ants everywere. The toilet was disgusting there was hairs on the floor when we arrived and there was an ants nest above the shower. there were even ants in our bed. we ended up having to demand to move room only to be moved bak the next day- we were told if we didnt move back they would phone the police! The room we had been moved to was lovely with a brand new bathroom so we were very reluctant to move back. The hotel manager stavros had killed the ants in the nest and cleaned the room well but there were still dead ants fallin in the bathroom and kitchen. we told the rep twice about the problem both times she said shed sort it and she didnt bother she was more interested in jumping around in the pool. This would have been a good hotel if we werent the unfortunate ones to get put in the ant infested room.
