We went for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel knew 24 hours in advance that they were over booked and did not contact our travel agent to let him know. When we got there, we were told we would be taken to a comparable hotel on the same street. It was not even close in proximaty and the "hotel" was horrible and in a bad location. We went back and spoke with the manager, requesting "comparable" accomodations or a shuttle to take us back to the airport. We did finally get a "comparable" hotel for the night. We were then expected to move back to the Byzantium for the second night when our "suite" became available. We ended up losing more than 1/2 the first day and a couple of hours the second day that was planned for site seeing; instead we packed back up and moved hotels again. The service was horrible, the breakfast provided was limited and not very good, the rooms are not "suites" by any means and the hotel never called our airport shuttle after an extensive & detailed conversation with the front desk. We were 45 minutes late but thankfully still made our flight home.
