Forest Pines Golf and Country Club Hotel

I just want to write and tell how much I enjoyed my stay at The Pines. The staff were all very professional...as well as personable. I had many problems, that required numerous changes in scheduling, and yet, they always managed to graciously accomodate me. I'd also like to comment on the restaurant .Being a bit of a food snob, I'd just like to say that everything I ordered from appetizers to mains were excellent. Everything is freshly made up when ordered. I'd especially recommend the Bantry Bay Mussels, and the Dover Sole. Kudos to Head Chef Ryan Greene for a fantastic gastronomic experience. Never a disapointment. The 3 different rooms I stayed in (no fault of the hotel, just numerous returns on my part) were all lovely. I'd stay again if given the chance. I just wish all the places I stayed were this nice.
