I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel may not suit everyone because it sits at the bottom of a very steep cliff. The road down to the hotel is not for the faint hearted, but our driver of the shuttle bus Luigi was very good and I felt entirely safe in the bus with him even though he only used one hand for going round the tight hairpin bends. The hotel is actually in Massa Lubrense which is about 10mins away. You have to take the shuttle bus into the centre of Sorrento. The bus doesn't run between 12-4pm. After 8pm you need to pay 2euros for the shuttle to take you to Sorrento and it stops at 11pm. The hotel itself was very nice and they actually open the grounds up to the public and it becomes incredibly crowded. I would go back there. The waiers Pedro and Pepi were very good.
