Have just returned from a Stag weekend at this hotel.18 of us had a fantastic time. Staff ere very helpful and did everything with a smile.1 of our party missed the flight and came the next day and they sent a car to pick him up and bring him to the go kart track so as not to miss out.Bar staff friendly and will stay up until the last person goes to bed.(one morning we went at 7.30 am ) They arranged 2 activities which was shooting and karting. Shooting consisted of everyone having 10 rounds of a gloch pistol and 3 rounds of a big shooty thing.You could pay some more and have a choice of a few different weapons. Karting was as they put it at the Silverstone of Latvia and they was not wrong.6 karts were allowed on the track at 1 time and you had as many laps as you could in a 15 minute duration.Another excursion was to a nother club in town where you got transport and free v.i.p. entry.This club was above a pub in the town and was a little bit on the seedy side and was also dissapointing as all the girls were the same ones we had seen the night before at our hotel.Most of our group went back into the main pub area and watched football and we stayed until we were picked up by the hotel cars at 2 am. Some of our party were dropped off at a night club in town and some returned to the hotel to watch the different dancers that had arrived that night.All in all we had a great time and would recommend this as a stag hotel. Beware there are some scams out there but the hotel will warn you of them. Nobody had any problems with any clubs we were taken to.If you want to make the most of your free time a short walk into the main town is worth doing and the food shops are great value.Try going up the cathedral spire to see the 360 degree view of Riga,well worth it.Food at the hotel is o.k. and seemed to be available at any time from the bar. ( eating big fat chips with maonase at 7 am fantastic )
