Hrisantema Hotel

i stayed here throughout june and this hotel was lovely, it was always spotlessly clean, food timings were perfect for families and there were 4 restuarants to chose from! the food was always freshly made with salads, hot foods, things like pizza and chips, puddings, ice cream drinks anything you could want! Having just returned from this place all of are party were ill throughout the fortnight we were in a party of 17 the youngest of which was 6 months we had to visit the pharmacy twice for the baby and luckily enough we all took medication with us just in case and we found are selves having to use it all due to sickness and dioreah which we can only put down to what we ate and drunk at this all inclusive hotel. the staff were very rude and did not acknowledge unless you kept on at them clean towels were far and few between one day i had to go... more

I have today got back from the worst holiday of my life at this hotel!! there were 17 of us in total and we all urge everyone reading this NOT TO GO THERE, during our 2 weeks we all became ill with sickness (we made friends with more british people who all were ill with sickness too). the meals are just terrible, often cold at the start of serving times, the staff are very ignorant, and they complain if u have more than one drink at a time!! the entertainment team did very little to appeal to anyone in our group (we are aged from 6 months to... more

If you are planning a holiday to Bulgaria, do NOT stay at this hotel. The communal areas are far too small to accomodate the number of guests. It is NOT "all-inclusive". Everything apart from food and local drink has to be paid for. The food is OK at best, but bewary of it. They actually serve a dish called 'mish-mash' which consists of leftovers from the days before. The hotel staff are at best unpleasant, but will mostly ignore you, unless asking you for money! Just come back from 14 days in the hotel Hrizantema. The hotel looks great, and the pool is excellent - there are several inter-linked pools of varying depths, so it's suitable for all ages. Unfortunately, that is where the good points stop. The staff seem to be permanently unhappy, and generally unwilling to help the guests. When we arrived we thought the hotel looked beautiful. Inside it was spotless and you couldn't fault the cleanliness. Our first day we soon found out that the staff prefered Germans as it was the first year it had been open for English. The staff all favoured the Germans and were reluctant to serve the English. I really loved the hotel Hrizantema, and wished that me and my family had stayed for longer! On the whole the hotel was really clean with different but nice food. I especially liked the bar staff, who were incredibly friendly- Mussi, martin, stefan and everyone- were always smiling and were wonderful people. I didn't want to leave at the end of it! the hotel hrizantema is a beautiful hotel i went in september 2005 and the weather was gorgeous and the people are extremley friendly the entertainers were brilliant especially ivo, peter, lora and jana they were really friendly and really make u feel at home the bar staff were really friendly the only thing wrong with the hotel is that the food is not hot enough overall i give the hotel 10 out of 10 and it is a brilliant hoilday its such a safe place theres nothing to worry about at all so hi to everyone and seya soon kat
